I was contacted by Benjamin A., who is in charge of Richart USA’s division immediately after my review. He explained to me the reason for the delay was due to the traffic halting snowstorm in Europe in December. Since their chocolates are imported from Lyon, France, all shipments were delayed. To show his seriousness in correcting this misstep, he offered to send me a box of their Vintage 2011 Ballotin with salted butter caramel chocolates.(which were the best caramel I ever had btw) I was most impressed with how Benjamin handled the matter. He always responded to my emails immediately. Never used Mother Nature as an excuse. Took sole responsibility. Professional yet caring and understanding. This is first-class, topnotch, unparalleled customer service. I am sold. Customers will have confidence when placing an order. I take my words back. I am a customer for life!
