Rhyton jewelry studio is a true gem! No pun intended. The two artisans that work here are gifted and lovely people. Marlen, is a true renaissance woman, who is a master of her engraving craft. And Hratch, the original head engraver, is the sweetest and funniest guy, with a childlike heart and wonder for the world. They are extremely personable and produce work that reflects their beautiful hearts. My husband and I had our wedding rings made here. We knew instantly upon meeting Marlen that she would be the one to make our very special and unique rings. She listened to our requests, and showed us the metal, engraving and stone options. She also drew out and wrote down everything so we could visualize the finished product. We visited a total of three times. One for the consult, second for the ring sizing (oohing and awing), and third for the payment and pickup. The finished product was beyond gorgeous. Everyone complimented us on the rings! We highly recommend this place for any custom made pieces with special engraving.

Well, the reviews are great, so I was really interested in bringing my business here. However, they don’t answer their phone, and they don’t have a voicemail or answering machine to leave a message. Bummer.

Whenever I’ve got questions about jewelry or need something engraved I know Rhyton is the place to go.
The place it’s owned by a guy named Hratch and he’s got a beautiful girl working with him named Marlen.
Hratch is jolly and joking, Marlen is sweet and friendly.
They’re engraving is incredible– such talented artists! They’ve always given excellent costumer service and their skills are marvelous– never failed to amaze me.

These days it is very difficult to find «Old School Craftsmanship» at any price. If you need something engraved, look no further. From simple hand cut lettering to ornate design Rhyton Studio is the place to go. He’s reasonable, personable, and he goes the extra mile. Quality is in his DNA.

Hratch was great! He engraved my titanium ring and my wife’s platinum ring no problem and on the spot to accommodate my needs. Hratch (pronounced Hur-​aatch) is a highly skilled hand engraver and did a lovely monogram on the silver band of my umbrella — a job which no regular, as in ‘machine’ engraver could do. We found his website
that shows examples of his work. He’s pricey but one of few in his trade and I will definitely take any of my future engravings to him!
