I’ve been working out with Rey for about 6 weeks and I’m definitely feeling the difference. My energy is up, I’m stronger everyday, and I can now accomplish 30+ real push-ups in a session(where before I couldn’t do any… not even the girl kind). Rey is very kind, and he knows how to give you a good workout, building strength in both large and small muscles so that you don’t get injured. He’s also great if you are working with an existing injury and need to build your strength back without doing more damage. His location is a little non-traditional(he’s converted an office in a business building into a workout room), but don’t let that dissuade you. The people in the office are very sweet(many of them train with Rey too) and there’s plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!
