Respected Psychics

Be VERY wary of the owner Yvonne (she is also customer service and supposedly a psychic herself). She will initially come across as caring and helpful but during months of ongoing technical issues and me being overly patient and understanding, Yvonne quickly turned abrasive and demeaning and also discussed the specifics of my reading with one of her readers, The Queen. I also caught her and this reader in several lies on multiple occasions and neither were savvy enough to get their stories straight. Instead of owning up to lies and mistakes and caring enough about her business and customers to rectify matters, she chose to name call and talk down to me on numerous occasions. Yvonne gets VERY nasty! A lot of her readers work for many other sites and The Queen even has her own site online. After this reader claimed how much she cares about me and her clients and promised me several times to get back to me to schedule a reading when I chose not to contact her through Respected Psychics (which is my right), she disappeared and since has not called me back and has avoided me completely. Shocker!!! In hindsight, these readers were right about some issues but mostly inaccurate overall which is to be expected but how you treat others, especially paying customers should be your #1 focus. I can assure you, it is not Yvonne’s or The Queen’s. Giving me minutes back for ongoing technical issues is expected, but Yvonne took it to the next level by throwing this back in my face and speaking to me in a disparaging manner, many times. These people are just not trustworthy or ethical and have no clue how to treat people. Spend your hard-​earned money elsewhere and if you need email proof of how awful Yvonne was towards me, just ask! Knowing how she operates, she will likely comment on this review with a bunch of defensive garbage. If she were smart, she would know ALL businesses thrive or die via word of mouth! SHAME ON YVONNE AND THE QUEEN! Ever heard of Karma? Good luck with that…
