Red Panda Acrobats

I’ve seen Red Panda Acrobats perform during the Golden State Warriors and the Phoenix Suns halftime shows.

I booked a performance for a part of the Chinese New Year Celebration at Yu Ming Charter School a few years ago. I am just now getting around to write this review. Wayne was very engaging with the children. I could tell the kids really enjoyed it, and that’s what mattered. Actually I enjoyed it, too. Wayne is very professional and accommodating. I hope to have another opportunity to see him perform again.

The Red Panda acrobats performed at the Milpitas library this week and everyone enjoyed it. There was juggling, balancing, contortion, and of course, acrobatics. The performer was very engaging, and the skill level was tops. He had several kids volunteer to be part of the acts. All the kids were told they could sit up in the front, and they were clapping and looking amazed from beginning to end. All the adults enjoyed the performance too. Definitely great entertainment at parties or special events.

The most wholesome, friendly, and genuinely exciting acrobat performance I have ever seen! I first saw Red Panda Acrobats perform at the World Vegetarian Festival, and the featured artist Wayne Huey was fantastic. He usually begins with various juggling or balancing tricks, and then moves on to perform the most incredible feats of strength and balance using his entire body– it is amazing. He keeps a smile the entire time, and he drew a huge crowd of adults and children alike. No one could turn away! He is truly a professional, and if you are looking to hire him I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. He even selects a child from the audience to participate in some of his tricks, which they just love. After one of his performances, he led a little demonstration on how to do a handstand, including anyone from the audience who wanted to try! He is such a warm and friendly guy, and from what I’ve read on the website he has years of extensive training in China under his belt. Such a treat to experience!
