Raw Artists

My friend Brian is the base player on the Rattlesnakes. They were one of the highlighted artists of the night so I got a chance to go to one of the events last week.
From their website, their mission… is to provide independent artists of all creative genres, with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity. RAW educates emerging artists through seminars, workshops and insight to further the knowledge of their industry.
From my experience with the events, I can truly say that are on their way to exposing these independent artists to more mainstream communities. I believe that in this way, they are able expose people to ways of a creative outlet!
The event was nicely organized and well managed. The venue is a good choice since there are multiple spaces for both artists to perform on stage and to show their art pieces.
My only comment is that when some of the artists were performing in the room with the screen, the artist names were not displayed so I had to ask around for the their names.

I got the chance to involve with RAW ARTISTS event, what a great organization.

RAW events are multi-​faceted artistic showcases. Each event features a film screening, musical performance, fashion show, art gallery, performance art and a featured hairstylist and makeup artist. These artists are all local, hand-​picked talent who have been chosen to feature at RAW.
They have artists at all over the country such as San Francisco, New York, Hollywood, LA, Orange County, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia, Nashville, Austin, & more cities.
I went to the RAW event CATALYST this week and got see these amazing artists:

What a great night, beautiful & well-​presented host Brittni Marshall, a great event, well organized, beautiful arts display, some made me wonder about life; some took my breathed away. The bands & DJ were so great, music pumping, people dancing & the fashion show was a success.
Did I mentioned yummy mini cupcakes, tasty Pop Chips, and snacks all night too? So many people came out, so many local magazines, photographers & more. I’m so looking forward to the next event!
