I needed some brochures made for my business and I decided to use Rapid since they were nearby and the gentleman on the phone sounded like he knew what he was talking about. They got everything done when they said they would get it done, charged what they originally quoted me and the brochures came out just the way I wanted them. High 5 to Dave and his team.

This review is overdue. I went to Rapid because of the great reviews on Unilocal.I wanted a poster scanned. «No problem, I’ll have it done in a week» is what I was told. Went back next week: hasn’t been scanned. Went back the week after: still no scan. This kept going on for two *months*. Just to reiterate, it took Rapid TWO MONTHS TO SCAN ONE POSTER. I’m a fool and should have taken it elsewhere.

The service and printing at Rapid is just above and beyond all other printers. They were able to make me two signs that just came out beautiful. I had a number of different quotes from other printers, but I felt that Rapid was the best option– they made sure the quality of my print came out perfect. I work in marketing so I am very picky about my vendors and I definitely will be printing with them again.

I just had a great experience with printing a large banner at Rapid.
They never compromised on the quality of the printing files — they gave me all the technical details so I could send it over to my design team for updating the files.
They were very responsive and communicative with any other issue or questions I had.
And in the bottom line — I got a very high quality banner, with the exact colors and size, well packed.
These guys are professionals.

This was an all-​around amazing experience!
I called in the early afternoon for a same-​day rush job, and they were more than happy to do it. They asked all the right questions to make sure that my print job was done correctly, and I was thrilled with the results. Other print places tend to mess up on the bleed, or don’t use true Pantone colors, but Rapid created my prints exactly as I needed them. Since I was close by, they even offered to drop off my project on their way out (probably so they didn’t have to wait for me to get there, but still very awesome). The pricing was also very reasonable, I’d say it was comparable to Kinkos, who doesn’t have the quality of Rapid. Definitely go here for great customer service, a perfect print job, and an all-​around great experience.
