I have been working a with Sharon and Dr. Weil for some time now and I can definitely say I have been nothing short of pleased! Sharon is very kind and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this practice for anybody looking for an amazing experience!

Posting the same review as I did on Google because EVERYONE who searches for this man needs to see my review.
I could honestly write a book on all the positive things I have to say about Dr. Weil and his team. I had a breast augmentation done and I could not have even imagined that I would love my results as much as I do.
At my pre op, I was very worried about the size we had chosen. I doubted my previous decision and the day before my surgery I told Dr. Weil that I thought I needed to change my size. He calmed my nerves and reassured me that the size we chose the first time would be perfect. He told me to trust him, so I did just that, and he was 100% right. It was the absolute best fit for what I told him I wanted.
Sharon who works at his office was so helpful and kind, every time I had a question she was quick to help with such a comforting ease and an open heart.
After my surgery, and many days after that Dr. Weil made personal phone calls to check up on me. It made me feel very comforted knowing I had a doctor who genuinely cared!
I cannot express how gifted Dr. Weil is. He truly knows his art and has the best interest for his patients. He took such a scary, intimidating process and made it one of the best experiences of my life. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I will forever recommend Dr. Weil and his team!

there is no doubt that Dr. W is a nice person however, his honestly to his patients is questionable… please LISTEN TO YOUR GUT! If you feel that something is wrong, then something is probably wrong.
Dr. W performed my surgery… After a couple of weeks, I knew something just wasn’t «right»… so I go back in and he says oh — let me «fix» it… I can do it in the office… so he «fixes» me and says, perfect, you shouldn’t have any problems… all is good and perfect… A couple of months go by and things are just not settling the way that they should… I didn’t look good, everyone noticed that I was disfigured and I wasn’t happy with the outcome — so I questioned my recovery… I go back and visit with him and he continues to say that I look great, everything is perfect, this is supposed to look like this, …he completely dismissed my feelings and didn’t truly listen to what I was saying because I knew in my heart that something wasn’t right…
Months goes by and I question him again… he dismisses me again.
I have seen 5 other doctors — all say the same thing — I WAS BOTCHED BY DR. WEIL!
I understand that he is human and mistakes can be made — however I would’ve appreciated his honestly when I approached him several times as he brushed me and my concerns off.
Ladies and Gents — bypass this surgeon due to lack of trust and dishonesty which is just as impt as a good outcome.
I had a revision done (thank g-​d) by the best of the best at Stanford and am so happy — FYI — when the doctor opened me up — he was so DISGUSTED with what he saw — he kept saying «Im so disappointed with what that doctor did to you».

I just couldn’t be happier with the work Dr. Weil has done for me and for 7 of my friends! I can talk to him about anything and he gets what I need and want. I do believe he is a true «artist» when it comes to plastic surgery. Nobody has ever guessed I have «work done» and yet everyone tells me I look better than ever. It has been fun, rewarding, and life changing. Dr. Weil is awesome — plain and simple.

Dr. Weil is the total package when it comes to a master at his craft, as well as having the sweetest bedside manner I have ever come across… I had breast augmentation in 2007 and it was the best decision I made by choosing Dr. Weil. His work speaks for itself, and they are even better looking 7 years later.
I started getting Botox about 3 years ago. I made the mistake of going to a medical spa, because he was on vacation, and I got a referral from a friend… Huge mistake!
Luckily it wore off fairly quick, but I will never deviate from Dr. Weil, lesson learned!
I have referred well over 20 people to him and will continue to do so for as long as he wants to perform with the level of passion he has for his work as well as his clients!

I would trust Dr. Weil with all of my cosmetic needs. He & his staff were calm, patient, knowledgeable & understanding. Dr. Weil is a true artist able to achieve exactly what you desire & able to make you look beautiful & NATURAL. I would never go anywhere else. His office is top notch, I felt amazing after surgery & look amazing as well.

My experience with Dr Weil practice was very negative. I had browlift and upper eyelid lift. Both procedures came out unsatisfactory. Browlift was done with a huge incision that is rarely done now. Endoscopic browlift is effective and is less traumatic, so it heals better.
Blepharoplasty required revision, that was done without anesthetics and extra skin was cut with scissors!!! leaving uneven wide scars. Stay away from this doctor to avoid regrets

Dr. Randall Weil is truly an amazing Dr with magnificent staff! From the first time I met him in 1998, I knew I had made the right choice. As soon as I arrived in the office, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable.
Dr Weil consulted with me with true compassion, eye contact and and a genuine personality. There is no way I would have considered going anywhere else for my 2^nd procedure.
When I called in November 2013 to make an appt, I received the same warm and friendly attitude 15 years later! They had not changed a bit!
I went in and Dr Weil treated me with the exact compassion, informative and knowledgeable attitude as he did before.
Not only did I receive personalized VIP service prior to my procedure, but at the time of my procedure, it felt like I had my very own personal Drs office at my disposal.
Amazing, they are simply Amazing!

Julie reached out to me and apologized and I gladly accepted. I’m a believer in second chances, because face it, no one is perfect.
I came in for my consult today and both Julie and Dr. Weil were informative and very nice. I have no complaint except consultation was not very private. I didn’t mind it too much but for anyone who is body conscious, this might be a little troubling.
All in all, I believe Dr. Weil is very knowledgeable and if I had extra funds, i would choose him as my surgeon, as i trust his perspective and artistic approach. Right now i’m still debating, as his rate is the highest in the area i’ve consulted with.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Dr. Weil earlier. In short, he is THE BEST. I’ve had reconstructive surgery since I was 18 (car accident left scars on my face) so I’ve had about 20 years of experience with surgeons, but none like him. In fact, I had a few other nips/​tucks that I probably would not have considered if he wasn’t so awesome, and I’m thrilled with the results. Because I live in the south bay, it wasn’t convenient for me to drive up to the city for every consult, but he works out of San Jose as well. His bedside manner is second to none, and his staff is incredibly professional and friendly. They make you feel totally cozy and comfortable going in and coming out of surgery, and here’s the kicker. He has his own surgical center, so you don’t wake up in the hospital with a bunch of genuinely sick patients around you in recovery with nurses who have more urgent patients to take care of. This is not to be underestimated. Waking up surrounded by Dr. Weil’s staff and your partner/​friend is significantly better than waking up in a recovery room where you don’t know anyone.
Dr. Weil is also a perfectionist, and he takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. Love, love, love.

The thought of having surgery for a novice can be daunting, and I don’t have time or much tolerance to interview many doctors. I had consulted a doctor at Stanford Hospital a few months ago, although this doctor was competent, I found his staff to be aggressive. I received three follow-​up calls asking when I’d like to schedule my appointment. Subsequently, I decided to find and work with a doctor who didn’t pressure me to have any procedure done after my initital consultaton. So, when I first consulted Dr. Weil, I didn’t know what to expect; however, I had an open mind. He was extremely courteous, and he wanted to know my objective. Obviously, if you’re considering surgery, you need to do your due diligence by doing good research as well. The doctor’s job is to make you feel comfortable during the process, and Dr. Weil was able to help me identity the benefits and risks associated with any procedure. This doctor has a wealth of experience in the medical field. After meeting Dr. Weil, I made my decision immediately to work with him and his staff. I had my procedure done within five weeks, because I felt comfortable knowing that he is affiliated with several hospitals in the Bay Area, and he was or still is the head surgeon at one of the hospitals in San Francisco. Dr. Weil has several offices in very affluent areas, so that was a huge plus, and he’s been practicing for a very long time. Seeing how responsive this doctor was, made me feel that Dr. Weil is doing this because he enjoys transforming his patients. He wanted me to approach any procedure having realistic expectations. I liked the fact he wanted the procedure to look natural – Dr. Weil strives to make the patient happy, and he is extremely calm and was very nice during my Post-​Op. He was truly excited to see how well I looked one week after the procedure. Also, I found his staff: Sharon, and Jennifer to be knowledgable and very friendly. His office is very intimate, with minimalist furniture but beautiful. These were all important factors that helped me in selecting this doctor. Most important, he has his own state of the art surgery center. I’ve been lucky to have extremely good health, so I never go to hospitals. So, it was such a joy to have my surgery at a private facility as opposed to a hospital which can be depressing. Oh, the surgery center is also very well appointed, my experience there was nice. Of course, I was nervous going under for the first time, but the nurse at Dr. Weil’s center made me feel comfortable. I was anxious, so I don’t remember her name, and Janet, the Anesthesiologist, was very good. she called a few days after my surgery to see how I was doing, so that was nice. Although my experience at the surgery center is blurry because I was sedated 30 minutes after arriving, I will recommend Dr. Weil to my friends because of my overall experience from my consultation to the post-​op. I will use him again for future procedures.

Dr. Weil did my face lift 3 years ago!
Wow, I have a husband who complements me every day where before the surgery he never did. He is just not the type to complement in the first place.
All my friends and family tell me how great I look. Sometimes these young guys try to hit on me!
I do take care of my skin, work out etc. But for turning 60?
The staff and facility are great too. But I did my homework to find the best surgeon and Dr. Weil was it.
If you decide to use Dr. Weil, my advice is follow his instructions and the staffs and you will not be disappointed!

I had a couple of procedures with Dr. Weil. I was very pleased and happy I did it. I wouldn’t and won’t go to any other Dr.
Prior to my deciding to go with Dr. Weil I visited the physicians medical board and lots of websites that gave me a lot of information on his experience and credibility. Shoot this is my body and and I had to do my home work. He has a lot of experience and I even spoke to other patients of his who had work done and were very happy with results.
His staff were very supportive, caring, professional and concerned with my pain management. There were follow up calls and appointments. They were also available for any future questions and concerns.
I was so truly happy with Dr. Weil’s skills, professionalism and after care that I even referred friends and potential patients to him.
All I can say is:
Do your home work
Consider your options
Be realistic
Follow prior and after care directions

Dr. Weil is an extremely competent and caring doctor. I recently used Dr. Weil’s services for a surgical procedure and I could not be happier. My procedure was complicated and required a highly experienced physician for the job. The outcome has exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled. His staff is wonderful – truly caring and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Weil and I suggest reading his reviews on other sites as well. He is a first class physician.

I had work done by Dr. Weil, almost two years ago, and I’m still extremely unhappy with it. He botched numerous procedures and refused to undo the damage himself or take responsibility for paying to have another surgeon repair it.
The most egregious damage was done to my eyes. He performed both and upper and lower blepharoplasty. I ended up with one eye noticeably large than the other and now neither eye completely closes when I sleep. Because of this, I have had many, many severe corneal abrasions and extraordinarily painful and serious eye infections. I have to fill both eyes with petroleum jelly each night before I go to sleep, and even that doesn’t completely take care of the problem. I’m in constant pain and cannot wear my contact lenses anymore. Apparently there is a procedure that can be done to correct this, but it will leave my eyes horribly disfigured (even worse than they already are).
NO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOUR FACE OR BODY!

I had an excellent surgery experience with Dr. Weil. I am a male Salon Owner who had very high expections both cosmetic and business wise. I had a bad experience with another Dr. and was nervous. I immediately felt at ease with Dr. Weil. All of my questions were answered regarding my facelift and lower eyelid surgery with expertise. I loved the fact that Dr. Weil had an office in Layfayette as well as San Francisco. I had my surgery in his state of the art Surgery Center in San Francisco. I preferred this over going to a hospital with all the possible germs. His pricing was extremely competitive and fair. His staff went out of their way to make all the details go smooth. Most of af all he gets 5 stars for the amazing results. I still look like myself, only 10 years younger and it was painless with minimal bruising and swelling. I am thrilled with my new look. I was referred by a female client who was also thrilled with face and body work performed by Dr. Randall Weil.
