Raffi’s is the most honest, friendly, skilled, artful and helpful jeweler I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
My fiancé and I found Johnny after visiting several stores in the building on the search for a rose gold ring with an amethyst stone. When we walked into Johnny’s store, he offered to help by ordering in some stones that fit what I wanted for us to come back and look at. He then worked with my fiancé to custom create a ring for me that was both beautiful and in our budget, and excellent quality.
A true partner in the process, when it came time to match a wedding band to the ring, we went right back to Johnny and his dad, who has a store upstairs. I wanted a wedding band that wasn’t going to lay well against my ring, so Johnny’s dad (who does the designing and machining of all custom pieces I think) came up with the solution to niche my engagement ring so I could have what I wanted.
A bit nervous, I even asked for other opinions, but everyone was telling me that what I wanted was «not possible”– except for them. I put my trust in Raffi’s and what they came up with was even more amazing than I would have imagined. They guided me through the process with their expertise and the love for their craft that made the final piece just perfect. They let me know when something wouldn’t be a good idea and together we came up with a ring that fits me so perfectly and held the integrity of everything I wanted for the piece. I’m thrilled.
My fiancé got his ring made by them too, and both pieces are just what we wanted. They’re good people, with a solid skill for what they do. Whether you want a custom piece or something from their amazing options in their cases, I’d suggest you go straight to Raffi’s.

Just want to start off by saying Johnny and Raffi are amazing! My experience here was wonderful. It was very comfortable for me and I was able to get exactly what I wanted.

I began looking for engagement rings online and decided I wanted to buy local. I emailed a few places in the design center and Raffi replied to my email. We had good communication and I arranged a time when I would come in and visit several stores in the center.
When I got to the check in counter I gave them my name. They handed me two passes, neither were from Raffi’s, not a big deal I thought, I planned on coming back later and would email him to get a pass. He wasn’t the only one who didn’t leave a pass.
So the next day I get an email that says, «I would have appreciated it if you had notified me that you weren’t going to be able to keep your appointment.» That makes sense, and he is correct.
I replied that there was no pass for me at the door.
His reply, «I checked with the front desk, I left your name @ 10:38am & you had made 3 more appointments with 3 different jewelers, which is fine, I just don’t appreciate being lied to.»
Now maybe he did, but I certainly didn’t get it. If I had I would have gone to see him.
But here’s the deal, calling me a liar? I come from a world where customer service matters. I read his reply and just thought, screw this guy, if this is how he treats potential customers, how would he treat me once he got my money.
I have made several trips back to the center since, met with 3 really great places, and made my choice. I will never give a dime to a guy like Raffi who clearly doesn’t care about customer service.
My advice, check out Jewelry Art Center or Hilda at Design Jeweler, she was great.

I would highly recommend Raffi’s for any of your jewellery needs. They will patiently work with you until you determine exactly what you want and will design it for you.

I had a wedding ring made by another jeweler — the design process was terrible and the result was a real disappointment. Raffi helped me to create a design I loved, made a beautiful ring using the stones and platinum from my old ring AND finished it in time for me to leave on my honeymoon with my new ring.
Throughout the process, he was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.
