Negative: 1) I am sad this location does not make their delicious smoothies at this location.(fave: PEACE, LOVE&KAL). 2) Also, does not take corporate discount coupon codes provided by Corporate HR departments which makes their corporate relationship promotion almost pointless, since employees wants to walk over and buy juices for lunch — rather wait for 3 days to get it shipped. Positive: 1) I gave three stars(instead of one) because the person on the phone was very helpful. Overall: No smoothies = useless location to consumers, since there are many other«juicing» competitors in the SOMA/FIDI area. Offering smoothies would have made them special and stand out. But I guess not. On to the next…

Juices are all prepackaged and seriously overpriced. I was in a rush so I got one and it did not taste fresh or as bright as something freshly pressed. I wouldn’t mind paying $ 6 for these by not $ 10 after tax. Total ripoff.

After my fabulous workout in the Park Central Hotel gym, I was craving a green juice with turmeric to kick start my day! I found Project Juice on Unilocal and zipped over 2 blocks to pick one up! Potion No. 10 was exactly what the doctor ordered! The nice man behind the counter also gave me a wellness shot for checking in on Unilocal!I chose one with probiotics since my tummy has been a little out of whack after all of the rich {but oh so delicious} food in Napa! I’ll be back soon! One thing to note: They don’t make juice there, it is all bottled and in a fridge so you can’t create one of your own. I would take a look at their juice menu prior to going if you’re particular about your juice ingredients! They did have a ton to choose from.

This shop is the best! I just started the fodmap and the guy was super helpful with what I can have and what I should avoid and super friendly! And then he advised me to check in on Unilocal to get my free shot! Not all the establishments remind you about the free stuff. I tried the flu shot so far, so that I at least tried something before submitting my review — and it was great! You need to be immune to cayenne though, it has a nice kick! The macro bowl was delicious, exactly what I needed. Deep green is too earthy: S

I like this spot because it is a little cheaper than other juice bars in the area and you get a larger juice. I suggest their Turmeric Lemonade($ 7.50, 16 oz), turmeric is a miracle worker if you have any muscle pain or inflammation, which I did and it fixed me right up. The only other ingredients are lemon, ginger, raw agave and water, it’s very bright and pungent and not very sweet, which I like. The Immunity juice has orange, grapefruit, lemon, ginger and cayenne and I swear it killed the bug that was creeping up on me yesterday. I woke up with that gross feeling in my chest, I was starting to cough, I felt achey and exhausted and on my walk back to my office I broke out into a full on fever sweat. When I got back I drank my juice and by that evening, I didn’t realize it then but in hindsight I realize that I felt better by 6PM. I’m not saying that it cured me, I’m saying it might have and for $ 9.75, that’s enough for me to go back next time I feel a little something comin on.

I love Project Juice cleanse packs but I hate the price. I’ve used their cleanses about 3 times this year. Love the front door delivery, free shipping, and occasional discounts. I hate forking over an arm and a leg to get the cleanse pack!!! I will continue to order the cleanse package until a comparable product replaces this.

PB&J smoothie and Cashew milk are the bomb! I’m sucker for this stuff. I can’t wait to try more from the menu. The PB&J smoothie comes with jelly drizzled on top and it is pretty filling. It was delicious!

If you like an assortment of fresh, healthy juices, are into juice cleanses, and don’t mind paying $ 9-$ 12 for a 16-oz container, then this place is for you. They’re good at targeting that type of customer and providing unique, quality products. I suspect that most of the 1 – 3 star reviews on here are people like me, who just don’t want to spend that much for juice, or are skeptical of juice cleanses. I worked in this building for awhile, and our office fridge was always full of the six packs of juices for coworkers doing cleanses. Perhaps they lost a little weight(temporarily), but I mostly observed them being edgy, hungry, and complaining about how much they spent. I prefer the places that offer real fruit smoothies(check out Native Juice at Montgomery/Pine). You’ll get the full, blended fruits & vegetables, and all the benefits of the fiber for a lower price. In the end, I don’t see any difference between Project Juice and the other 8+ juice places that sprung up around the same time(Living Greens, Pressed Juicery, etc). They are all the same concept and charge roughly the same prices, though some do use re-usable glass bottles, which I appreciate. I’d rate Project Juice higher if they switched to glass, reduced prices, and offered full fruit/vegetables smoothie options.

When I’m a good girl, I wake up at 7am, exercise, make my own juice and avoid that donut. When I’m a bad girl, well, you don’t want to know… Project Juice is there on your bad days, busy days, lazy days, what have you, to give you that healthy energy boost that you may need. Sure, you will be spending $ 6 – 8 buckaroos, but sometimes you just want that quick detox and healthy infusion without having to scrub your juicer. I’ve tried one of the greens juice and also the almond milk date coffee drink. The green drink was fresh and delish and the almond milk date coffee drink was a thicker smoothie-texture with a good amount of healthy calories(~400). Enough to keep you full and awake for that long afternoon meeting. I love how convenient this stand is. The girl behind the counter was helpful and friendly and willing to give you samples of whatever you want to try. Get some!

Chloraphyll? More like BORE-aphyll! *standing ovation from everyone in Project Juice* *roses being tossed at me* That didn’t really happen, but I did make that joke after trying one of the juices with chloraphyll, and the Project Juice guy LOVED it. Classic Billy Madison. Anywho, today as I nursed my hangover, Rita I and I went to PJ to grab a quick one. They guy was suuuper friendly and had samples. Some of them I didn’t like, I wanted a green smoothie but each one I tried was too bitter, or chalky, or whatever. So I landed on the Raspberry Chia Limeade($ 8, 160cals) and it was AWESOME! I feel healthier as a person having just finished it. I normally don’t like Chia seeds in my drinks, the texture weirds me out in Kumbucha, so I am surprised how much I liked this one. I think because it’s so fresh, the Chia seeds don’t have time to get all weird and slimy. It’s pricey, but I think it was well worth the $ 8. Some of the juices are more, like $ 9.75, so it’s basically like buying a lunch, but it’s just a beverage. Either way, I’m hooked and my body will thank me for it.

Prices are pretty crazy. Juices are delicious, but it is hard to just drink juice and feel full. All the green ones are hard to drink, but everything else are quite delicious. If only they are not that expensive…

LOVE! I am seriously addicted to Project Juice. I placed an order online for pick up today. I was in a hurry so I parked illegally :(and ran right into the second floor of the Crocker. The person who helped me was great and knew I was there to pick up my pack of mylk juice. woot! I was in and out of that place in 2 minutes flat and didn’t get a ticket. Hurray for efficiency, great service and amazing juice! LOVELOVELOVE and highly recommend. Oh and if you don’t have an account set up online — do it! they usually have promos and you can save $. I’ve had the following juices: Turmeric Mylk — AMAZING and absolutely addicted. If you don’t know Turmeric has anti-inflammatory benefits so drink up! This stuff is good for you. Ingredient of Turmeric Mylk: Purified H2O, Raw Almonds, Medjool Dates, Ginger, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt Almond Mylk — LOVE and definitely a must try Purified H20, Raw Almonds, Medjool Dates, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt Get Up and Go-Go — Definitely good if you’re a coffee drinker. I’m not but definitely reach out for this if I need caffeine. Purified H20, Cold-Brew Coffee, Raw Almonds, Medjool Dates, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt Mint Chip Shake — Not Bad but not my fave. Purified H20, Banana, Raw Almonds, Spinach, Mint, Cacao Nibs, Medjool Dates, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt Swizz Beetz — This stuff is GOOD! Apple, Carrot, Cucumber, Beet, Ginger, Lemon Potion No. 10 — Their sweeter green juice but I loved it! Pineapple, Pear, Cucumber, Kale, Spinach, Romaine, Parsley, Ginger, Turmeric, Lime Melon Cooler — Perfect for summer Watermelon, Cucumber, Mint

Four stars because it is a lot more expensive($ 10 a bottle) than Pressed Juicery, Sow Juice, and Happy Moose Juice without adding more variety or very unique drinks as far as I can tell. Tastes great though! The EZ greens I got was a lot sweeter than I expected, I do think that they use more fruit in their mixes. Grab a stamp card on your checkout if you plan to have it often :-)

(Edited review) Customer service here is disappointingly inconsistent. That said, I was contacted by the manager Rachel within minutes of my posting regarding the points in my previous review. She acknowledged that what I experienced is not supposed to be the norm and will be doing some supplementary retraining. She also offered to make it more than right with me, to which I appreciate but am a bit uncomfortable accepting. At worst the cashier just lacked some basic customer service sense, rather than fix a prior oversight of hers she instead basically insulted me and made it worse. When your entire business is about selling ten dollar pints of bottled juice, it’s pretty important to not blow it when the customer is handing over money. And, she blew it… With an ironic(to me) «come back again» just afterward. That said, the juice was pretty good for bottled, not ten-dollar seventy-five-cents good, but tasted like a quality product. Upping the star review from 1 to 3 because Rachel was extremely responsive and promised to take action to see that this issue does not repeat with future customers at their chain.

I liked the juice selection, but was disappointed when I got there that it just seemed like a satellite store with just a guy at a counter next to coolers full of pre-made juices. Felt like if I was going to pay that much for juice, at least it be made fresh in front of me. The guy was nice and very informative with juice selection. Plus the juice tasted pretty good.

The prices are hard to swallow here. Event if their juice is organic and cold-pressed. But their Tumeric Mylk is addictive, creamy, and delicious. Sweetened with dates and spiced just right — it’s a healthy dessert pick-me up during the day. I was blessed to get a gift certificate from a lovely co-worker here — so I’ve been able to indulge in Project Juice a number of times this past week. Their staff are always kind and helpful and they’re generous with samples of their juices and milks. I still prefer Native Juice’s freshly made smoothies and juices –but I’m definitely pro– PJ. Trust.

I’m a big fan of cold-pressed juices and I was pumped to find Project Juice’s location close to my hotel/gym while I was in town. It’s tucked inside of an office building alongside a few other smaller shops. The place is tiny. Space for a tiny counter and two large, upright coolers chock a block full of juices. The girl at the counter was really nice. She asked if I was familiar with cold-pressed juice and which I was looking for. The E-Z Green Plus and Get Up And Go were my potations of choice. The E-Z Green Plus was super, you guessed it, green and clean. It had a great kale flavor to it and was exactly what I was in the market for — a clean breakfast. The Get Up And Go was like dessert! Almond milk, cold brew coffee… man, I was in heaven. Talk about a killer breakfast on the way back from the gym. The only downside? Probably not practical to venture in every morning for your juicing needs. This stuff is pricey. Really pricey. For the two, I paid a little over $ 17. Which, with SF prices in mind, isn’t outlandish, but not the kind of juices/breakfast I’d want to have every day. Maybe once or twice a week at the most. Still really happy with the products and I looking forward to visiting again when I’m in town.

If you’re ever left wondering, «what should I have for lunch?» or «ugh, dinner. What’s there to eat?» then you should do a juice cleanse. During a juice cleanse, ALL you can think about is food. I did a three-day intermediate cleanse and, within the first few hours, came up with at least 50 things that I’d like to have for my first meal when I completed the cleanse. I pushed through, though, and came out of a three-day cleanse happier and healthier. I didn’t have a ton of extra energy or anything, but I did feel… just better. My first meal, I won’t lie, was a salad. I wanted to maintain the healthy system I had going; it was an odd choice as I was craving everything from Indian curry to powdered donuts to my mother’s cooking. Then again, I’m always craving those things. Oh. Right, Project Juice. I am VERY pleased with their service. +I ordered the cleanse(over the phone) two days prior to starting it. +$ 190 for a three-day cleanse. +Comes with six juices, plus a detox tea, for each day.( ) +You get a cooler bag(plus a mini lunch bag) to keep your juices cool. Though you’ll need to keep them refrigerated.(I can’t stress this enough.) +They have a very helpful site that explains what to do pre-, during, and post-cleanse. What I didn’t like: –Two of the three almond mylks(my favorite of the six) spoiled during the cleanse, leaving me with five juices a day(and no open store during the weekend). What I did like: +Thankfully, I was given two free juices on Monday morning to make-up for this. I opted for ones that weren’t included in the cleanse: Get Up and Go-Go(like a healthy, iced latte), and the Beta Bomb(a new addition not yet on the menu: pineapple, orange, carrot, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon), which was, by far, my favorite of all the juices. +Additionally, the owner caught wind of my minor predicament and offered a one-day cleanse on the house( ). This is the sort of customer service I appreciate. I really liked that I was able to try most of their juices through the cleanse(and in-store), and I’ll definitely be back for more. Particularly when I’m left wondering what to have for lunch.

I don’t know, Project Juice. $ 9.75 for 14.54 ounces of juice seems(more than) a little steep. And it’s certainly too high a price point to make this a regular afternoon treat(unless you can survive on juice alone for lunch, which I can’t). I liked my Potion No. 10(Pineapple, Pear, Cucumber, Kale, Spinach, Romaine, Parsley, Ginger, Turmeric, Lime) but I didn’t love it. I appreciate Project Juice’s variety of flavors but their price point strikes me as at least $ 1 too high. My juicer of choice in the FiDi vicinity remains the Juice Shop(nothing compares to their silky smooth A+ deep green).
