I had the chance to take one of the yoga /bootcamp classes at Dolores Park one evening and my only regret is that I can’t keep going. The instructor, Cindy, was totally prepared with all equipment and brought extra mats if you didnt bring one. She incorporated the playground’s features into our workouts which brought out the kid in me. I had a lot of fun! It was a total body workout and she even made us do horizontal pull-ups, something I didn’t think I was strong enough to do. Cindy was encouraging and did not yell like other bootcamp instructors but she did not let you slack off either. After a round of challenging exercises, we ended the session with a great yoga flow set. The best part? All my muscles were stretched to an appropriate level. I had the right level of soreness the next day and didn’t walk around like the«the Tin Man» as is par for the course with me when I get back into strength training. Hope to go to your bootcamps in the near future!

I’ve experimented many bootcamps around the Bay Area, but PranaFITTE is superb. Cindy incorporates yoga into the practice, and really utilizes outdoor spaces. The best part is not only that I was sore for 3 days(in a good way), but that it was truly a FUN workout. Cindy is very knowledgable and is able to tailor the workouts to my personal fitness needs.

I have not had many workouts where I have had so much fun and felt such a «burn». Cindy brings a comprehensive workout, touching on yoga, aerobic, and cardio exercises. She made vinyasa yoga very user-friendly with patience and clear instruction. The motivation she provides inspires me to push myself to the limit. I felt really good afterwards, and sore days later.

Cindy is an amazing physical trainer. Her specialty is vinyasa(flow) yoga, but she also has a lot of experience with boot-camp style training. Her workshops are really fun and engaging! Even though you might feel sore afterwards, there is never any pain during the exercises. In addition, Cindy is a very mindful person and she really teaches you about meditation, relaxation and engagement with the world.

I have worked-out with Cindy Manit several times before. We focused on yoga. The classes were awesome, I got more-flexible and I really enjoyed them. I could do most of the moves, but a few were beyond my skill-level, but Cindy showed us alternate movements for those not as skilled and flexible. She really made people of all skill levels feel comfortable. I love her classes and she is my favorite instructor. Big thumbs up. She will get your body in better shape than you could by yourself or with most other instructors. I felt comfortable with her and at the end of classes we usually did some meditation, which was really nice. Her classes have a nice flow to them and she’s easy to talk to.
