After witnessing Stephanie’s remarkable transformation from living with debilitating back pain to thriving pain-free, I knew she was on to something. So when I was struck with painful chronic sacrum pain, I contacted Stephanie, who had since become trained to teach the method that had changed her life(it’s called«Spinefulness»). We did a series of private sessions together in which Stephanie taught me how to sit, stand and walk pain-free. She also showed me a bunch of different foam-roller exercises that helped alleviate the tension in my back, hip flexors, legs and shoulders. I appreciated her hands-on adjustments, her tips on my workstation set-up, and the materials she provided to help me remember what to do. Stephanie has a wonderful sense of humor and she truly cares about her clients/students’ well-being. Because she’s been down this path, she really understands how chronic pain impacts every realm of your life and the frustration of trying many different modalities in a desperate search to find the one thing that finally works. Her approach isn’t an overnight fix. It requires ongoing dedication, consistent practice and a lot of patience. However, I’ve met a handful of people who have significantly transformed their bodies and diminished their physical pain due to the Spinefulness method. I’m definitely still a work-in-progress, and look forward to continuing my practice in some of Stephanie’s group classes.

Stephanie is wonderful! Her techniques are helping my very complicated back and arm pain. She also explains why her techniques work, and provides exercises to help change my posture permanently for the better. I’m very grateful that I found her.
