Small boba place. The rainbow jelly did not taste like other or it was not fresh. Same goes for the boba. It was the only close place that wasn’t busy… Now I see why

EH… this place is not that great. I can’t speak for the bubble tea and smoothies but their banh mi(vietnamese sandwich) is not that tasty. I ordered the BBQ sandwich(which the person said its the best thing on the menu) turned out not so great. The bun was not toasted right and it was pretty soft and didn’t have that crunch. The BBQ sauce tasted«fake» and sweet. If you’re looking for a great quality sandwich, this is not the place to go. I wouldn’t come back here again.

Finally this place re-opened! We noticed the new menu along with the new ownership and so far I’m satisfied with this in my neighborhood. I noticed the new items that they added to the menu so my friend and I decided to order a BBQ chicken sandwich and it was delicious! We also ordered a popcorn chicken and fried oreo(it was tempting) and the oreo taste like cake with soft oreo on the inside. It was something new we wanted to try and it did not disappoint us, I would definitely recommend the fried oreo to anyone who love sweets, and it’s only $ 2.99! They also gave us a big portion of popcorn chicken and it was made from fresh cut chicken! So juicy and delicious. I am definitely coming back here to try more of their sandwiches and more oreo!!!

Came here the other day because a friend wanted boba. While its a small space its not too bad in terms of tea and variety of snacks they offer. Its just too bad that they aren’t open later and they are tucked away in a really residential area. Almond milk tea with lychee jelly: 2.5÷5: Not as good as some of the other almond milk teas that i have had previously. This one is lacking in almond flavor and there was some green tea flavor but for 2.50 you honestly can’t expect it to be that great. I almost felt like i was drinking flavorless milk tea. The jelly was great though and they gave you a good amount as a add on. My friend really enjoyed her drink but i don’t remember what she got. If anything i would probably stay away from their milk teas and just try a tea variety that they offer. Total: $ 3.28

A cute little shop that has snacks and boba drinks. I got the yogurt mango green tea with coconut boba and chicken wings. The chicken was not cooked all the way but was replaced quickly with apologies. The drink was not bad and pricing is inexpensive compared to other boba places. The inside is quite small and cozy. We will be back to try their other drinks and maybe the desserts.

Interesting story with this building. I have lived just across the street from this small building my whole life, and I have seen it go from a salon, to a café, to a sandwich shop, back to a café, to a café trying to be «different», and never once were any of the businesses something I could find myself enjoying. Then comes Pineapple Kingdom. For those of you that are familiar with the«quickly» and«teaway» franchise, this kind of place should be familiar to you. Specializing in tapioca drinks and slushies, as well as quick asian snack foods. After finding out that the quickly near me was using unauthorized ingredients and was being forced to close, I was happy to see another sort of place open like this right next to me. First, I must comment on the cleanliness of this place. Soooo very clean looking. You can see the back kitchen as soon as you walk in, and everything looks pristine and shiny. Of course, this could also be because it’s a newer business, but it seems to always be very well kept. Floor, chairs and tables, nothing super fancy, but all very neat and tidy. I like seeing this in a business. There is a television on the wall that is usually playing some K pop videos which is sure to be a hit with the younger kids In the area I think. Drinks! The menu is a bit smaller than that of Quickly or Teaway, but that’s ok as they stock the flavors and varieties that most people are into. My personal favorite is the strawberry smoothie that I have gone back for a few times now ^ ^ The tapioca here is quite nice, very chewy, but not overly sweet like some places can be. Good for me! Food! My friend and I tried their egg puffs, which were very nice, warm, and fluffy fresh from the maker. Quite delicious! Noticed they added more food items to their menu when I walked by the other day, will have to try some more stuff when I can. The service here is very good. It seems to be a family run business I think? Everyone is very nice, and the service is quick and efficient. All in all, I am very happy to see a place like this here, and they have not let me down and have gone beyond my expectations of this sort of restaurant/snack store. Mark this cheetah as impressed. ^ ^ *chirp!*

–small location –friendly workers –drinks aren’t really pricey –the fruit punch drink was sour at first but got sweeter once the fresh fruits settled

I really wanted to like this place because it’s fairly new, and the people who run it are so friendly! But what I had was just average. :(I tried the original milk tea with boba. The boba was chewy, but it had no flavor. I also tried the egg puffs, and there was too much artificial vanilla in it for my taste.

Not sure the toddler will be there when you are there. You have to wave to the toddler and she will wave back. I had the egg puffs, at least it was still crunchy on the perimeter when I got them home. The passion cheese milk shake was tall(18 oz?), cold, sweet, and doesn’t taste like cheese, but you know the dairy is somewhere in there. So many flavors, just couldn’t makeup my mind. Today was their Grand opening so they have a special. It’s quite small, probably fit 15 people. Cash only.

Ice! cream! and cake and cake! Ice! cream! and cake and cake! Ice! cream! and cake and cake! Ice! cream! and cake and cake! Congratulations to the graduates of George Washington High School just up the street. Who, me? Nah, I’m done with high school. But thanks for thinking I still look young. I got the ice cream & cake cheese milk shake cherry berry ruchi pip berry pimbake, aka the #38BLUEBERRYCHEESEMILKSHAKE. It was very liquidy, more along the consistency of a milk tea than a smoothie, let alone a milk shake. So it didn’t bring the boys to the yard, but it was tasty. I’ll be back for more Hong Kong breakdance videos, and I’ve got to try the Yakult drinks. Insider tip: Don’t wave at the pre-toddler daughter — you have to clap. And /or squeal.
