Jennifer’s two hour massage is THE best! She uses a variety of techniques to promote lymphatic circulation and muscle/​mind relaxation. She is adept at using hot stones. The highest compliment I can give her is that I leave with an incredible sense of well being and peace of mind. The effects of her massage last for days. She is a gem!

To find the best healing massage is not easy to find! Jennifer at Phoenix Rising has a natural talent as a healer, bodyworker, and massage therapist. I can highly recommend her services and massage treatment.
I felt special getting this amazing therapy. She had me fill out a form of what body areas I felt were tight and needing release. (For me, it’s my upper back, working on the computer in my music studio for many long hours). This is while I was getting a detox foot bath, getting me warmed up and ready for massage. Ahhhh. pampering.
I felt very comfortable through our hour and a half session, and can attest to the changes that happen after such a session. I requested deep tissue work and Jen worked lightly and then worked deeper on taunt muscles in my back, while placing warmed stones on my back, and playing elegant soothing music.
The experience was wonderful, kinda like working out the tightness in my body, but also allowing my spirit and self to soar and expand.
