Had the beef fried rice. Portion is big but needs some salt. Tasted really flat and no flavour

The food is alright. Not my first choice in the Bay View. But the staff is very friendly.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, I’ve tried the Beef Broccoli, Shrimp Fried Rice, Fried Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and ahhh. the Wonton Shrimp soup! Do yourself a favor and try the Wonton Soup if you’ve got a cold or it’s a cold day. $ 5.50 for a big container full of carrots, peas, mushrooms, shrimp, dumplings and baby corn. Pros: It’s not bad, prices are not too bad either. Cons: CASHONLY. I HATECASHONLY! The place is kind of dirty.

Went for lunch, wasn’t bad, but nothing spectacular. Good Kung Pao with Prawns, but only 5 Prawns. okay for only $ 5 with Fried Rice and a Spring Roll. Warning: My co-workers got the Sesame Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Didn’t look too appealing. Was kind of a Neon-Pink color.

I grew up in the Bayview. I lived around the corner of Peking Wok, and the owners are friendly and truly great people. You’d think they’d have hard as nails attitude because of the area, but they are usually smiling. The one dish I always ordered is kung pao chicken with extra peanuts. Mmmm… Soooooo good. Tbh I haven’t ordered anything else from here. I have seen other people order chicken wings and the ever popular shrimp fried rice. I see many customers eating to go. They take phone orders and should def call ahead. Parking is a bit sketchy, bring quarters for the meter. There are non-metered parking on the side streets, just not on Third Street.

This place is fantastic! The food here is delicious and cheap! The guy who took my order was funny and made the meal very enjoyable. The food had a new refreshing taste to it. Not your ordinary Chinese restaurant. Should definitely check it out if your int he neighborhood!

Usually I’m fighting to get my Chinese steamed. Or asking at least twice. Not at Peking Wok. The nicest of ladies, who apparently has been running the place for sixteen years, took my order and with an enthusiastic«ta-da!», delivered up a steaming plate of chicken and veggies for me, along with rice for someone less fortunate down the street. And a fortune cookie. One of the best Chinese meals I’ve had for $ 5. Help them stay in business another sixteen years.

Ew! blech. I got the sesame chicken and it was soooo soggy and too sweet. Service was good though. But I think they need to work on breading their fried stuff with more quality flour and using better sauce. If you want delicious sesame chicken go to Golden City just down the street.
