Dr. Xavier facilitated an intense, rigorous inquiry resulting in thought provoking insights. He demonstrated tremendous compassion and empathy that made it easier to constructively and productively talk. I went to see him because of being at a significant transition point in my life — he helped me gain clarity into my own intentions and direction, and identified what may be holding me back, and how to use that knowledge to go forward. I appreciated his total focus on me, and deep dive into what gives my life meaning and fulfillment. Lots of back and forth, active listening, powerful feedback. I highly recommend Dr. Xavier, especially if you are ready to be an active participant in your healing and growth.
