I come here all the times. Mango coconut delight, popcorn chicken, fried octopus are yum

Long story short, my popcorn chicken was not cooked all the way through and I had a few unpleasant trips to the bathroom. If you’re gonna order any of their fried snacks or anything that needs to be cooked just check them first before eating them. Other than that drinks & service are great.

First glance: this looks like a Quicklys. My boyfriend and I came here after visiting this bakery that was along the same street. Now, I could’ve said no to boba and kept walking but because I have to keep filling my veins with milk tea, I had to come here and grab something to drink. It was for the good of my body. I swear. Panda Boba is a small little shop. There’s one table to sit at with maybe 3 chairs and that’s it. Not really much of a place for you and your friends to chill at. And parking is a pain because it’s all on the streets and metered till 6pm. And coins do not go far in San Francisco so be sure to bring a bunch. Their menu is pretty extensive, much like Quickly’s and they have snacks, too. They had pictures up on the wall of some of their foods and drinks, but we already got some bread from the bakery so we didn’t order anything to eat. I ended up being basic and got their hot milk tea with boba to try. $ 3 flat and I was out the door. My first sip should’ve burned but it didn’t. My drink was lukewarm at best which was surprising and the boba was really soft but that might’ve been because of the warmth of my drink. I usually get a hot milk tea from Quicklys and it would be really good, but the hot milk tea here wasn’t that amazing. It was actually sort of bland so I wasn’t in a hurry to finish it. Overall, am I coming back? Bruh, there’s a lot more boba places out there to be discovered so I’m not in a hurry to come back.

I come here every week with my friend. Don’t get me wrong the drinks are amazing and it will keep you coming back for more. However, as I got my usual order of popcorn chicken to go. I took a bite out of one of the pieces and noticed that the chicken was still RAW. THEYGAVEMERAWPOPCORNCHICKEN!!! Like WTF is this shit. I took another piece out and ripped it open and noticed that this piece was raw as well. I’m never coming back here for food ever again.

I’ve been here on over 10 occasions and each time I’ve received exactly what I’ve asked for. They readily have specialty teas like chrysanthemum and pink rose bud tea available. They know what they’re doing and the customer service here is top notch. I haven’t ordered the food here so I can’t speak to that, but they’ve been able to whip up some custom tea flavor requests for me. Good stuff.

I always get my Jasmine Milk Tea runs here before work. I’m so glad they now accept debit cards because I don’t always carry cash but I always crave this before working. My fav here is the Jasmine Milk Tea and don’t forget the coffee jelly. Best coffee jelly I’ve ever had. I used to get the regular size but throughout time, I started upgrading and now I get the Super size which is big but it lasts me throughout work. Oh yeah and their fried tofu is good, just sprinkle your own pepper and spice. Customer service is great as well. Really friendly people.

I found a hair in my fried tofu. It wasn’t laying on top of it either, it was actually fried and stuck into the tofu. Totally lost my appetite and threw it all away. I could post a picture of it, but I’d rather not because it would ruin my collection of appetizing food pictures lol. However, the drinks are so-so aka not that bad and the girl who took our order was nice. Accidents happen, so two stars for you.

3.5 round up. This place has decent milk tea, enough to fix sweet tooth crave. What I love about this place is that they give out sample so no regret when choosing. Don’t order boba, it is not good. I order Thai tea. It is decent for $ 2.25

This spot is what used to be «Milky Way». I give Panda 3.5 stars. Their milk tea has a good balance of milk creaminess and tea flavor. I like this establishment better than other milk tea places on this block due to cleanliness and overall service. No need to wait in long lines if you go here.

I was excited when nearby milk tea shops started charging by the dollar but after tasting I never go back. Panda Boba is different, they don’t try to compete by price, I am the type of person who rather pay a little more for a better drink than one I would throw away in the trash after 1 sip. Love their HUGE fishballs, I am always happy after leaving Panda Boba with my super cute and delish drink. My go to weekly after lunch.

This place use to be called Milky way but they change everything. I never went to this place with the new name. I decided to give this new place a try but it was a huge disappointment. The drinks that I order was a large Honey lemon black tea. When I taste it and it taste disgusting. It tasted like cough medicine. It have a bitter after taste. I wish they leave out the slice lemon out of it. There were so much lemon seed in the drink.

6÷13÷2015: Good spot to grab a cup of milk tea. The guys making the food and drinks were friendly and so was the person behind the counter. I was in need of a cup of milk tea, so I came in and ordered a cup of coffee milk tea with boba. The coffee and milk tea taste good, the boba was also very soft and chewy. Good first experience here!

Meh. Only had the regular Boba milk tea. Was bland and overly sweet. The Boba, while was acceptable, wasn’t chewy enough for my tastes. The cashier was very nice though. I will still come back.

I really wanted to like this place as I have been searching for a decent milk tea shop near by; Sharetea, while my favorite in SF, does not warrant a 20 minute drive just for boba. Unfortunately, the milk tea here is not good. I ordered the jasmine milk tea boba with pearl and the taro milk tea with egg pudding. Both came out to be $ 2.75 for each cup including the topping. I felt like I was drinking water with the jasmine milk tea. It lacks completely in tea flavor. The taro milk tea was a smidgen better, probably because they used more taro powder than they do «tea». So while it was not good, it was not as watery as the jasmine milk tea. I don’t know why people operate a milk tea shop if they are going to dilute their tea so much that people can’t even taste it. :(Is tea really that expensive? This review is not a knock on their service. The cashier was friendly. I think if they amped up the tea concentration in their drinks, this place would be a lot better.

Not one of the most heralded boba places in SF, Panda Boba is still a cozy spot off of San Bruno. It lacks decoration and seating, but it’s a really good spot to pop in and grab a cup of boba for the road. Their service is reaaaaaally quick(mostly because there usually isn’t a line), but that doesn’t dampen the quality of the tea. It’s flavorful, but not out of your mind sweet like some places are in Chinatown. I usually get the milk tea or the thai tea, skip on the boba, and leave quite satisfied! One knock on them is that their pricing is slightly confusing. They have different prices posted on the board from what they charge. It’s only a matter of a quarter or two, but they still need to make it clearer.

This is a previous Quickly location, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks and tapioca actually taste better than Quickly. The pearls have a good consistency and the drinks were not overly sweet. The drinks are typical syrup and powder flavors. I do wish the new owners would clean the place more. It looks just as bad as it did when it was Quickly.

Pretty good little milk tea spot. The service is friendly and the drinks are much better than Quickly’s. So far we’ve tried the coconut milk tea and the red guava milk tea. Both were good, but we liked the coconut better(and have been back for seconds). The drinks have a good tea flavor and are not watered down like other places. Also, the drinks are flavorful, but not overwhelmingly syrupy which is a plus. However, the shop itself is bit run down and could use some TLC, hence the –1 star.

Used to be Quickly. They re-opened as Panda Boba recently. YAY!!! The owner and storekeeper are the same people that used to be there since years ago. Boba/pear is sweet and perfect shape & consistency, although it is a bit smaller in size than Quickly’s. Pricing is the same as before. $ 2 for milk tea with boba. Have to try other things on the menu for more review. 1* off because despite being«new», place still has that dirty look n feel.
