A class act singer/songwriter, not to be missed. Totally enjoyable experience every time I’ve seen her. Worth going out of your way to catch her latest show.

After an especially fun and wine-filled dinner with friends at Café Stefano, we all rushed to the Beach Chalet last night when I realized that it was the first Friday of the month and that Pamela Rose would be playing. This has been a great week for me and the last three nights have been so much fun. A textbook example of how much fun you can have in unplanned spontaneity when combined with an element of good luck and perfect timing. Anyway, after dinner, we made it to the Beach Chalet just in time to see Pamela do a few sets. As always, she was a ton of fun to listen to and you could tell that the crowd was having a really good time. People were dancing and an older gentleman was spinning his date around. Pamela is so talented and hearing her powerful voice always brings me back in time to the days of hanging out and hearing her sing every Thursday night at Julie’s Supper Club. That was a really fun and happy time in my life, just like now. My all-time favorite Pamela Rose CD is «On the Jazzy Side of Blue» which has a bunch of fun and funny songs that she used to sing at Julie’s Supper Club(back in the day), but she also has a brand new CD out now too… Wild Women of Song Here’s the link: Support your local bands and music!
