We used P3 to coordinate a remodel after other vendors had failed. They were amazing and always the best with customer service. Seamus and his crew were on-​time and super professional… it was such a relief that we knew they were so current with all the building codes. I would suggest P3 to all… plus all the electric work can be done by Canning Electric so its the best of both worlds!

My wife and I used P3 Construction and Canning Electric for our full bathroom remodel in our Pacific Heights condominium. They did everything with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. One could call us «high maintenance» clients with very high standards and Seamus Canning met all of our expectations and then some. With so many options out there, I can safely say that I felt very fortunate to be working with Seamus Canning.

I have been using Seamus for jobs in my business for many years now. In jobs where I have control of who does the work, I use his crew almost exclusively. The work is top quality especially in the underlying systems such as electrical, plumbing, ect. It’s very difficult to find a contractor where the pricing is reasonable and they are reliable in getting the work done correctly.
