I just had the most awesome Thai massage from Paula right in my home. Paula is also an acupuncturist and has an office at the Flood Bldg in SF. Recently she introduced me to Thai massage, which involves deep stretching and massaging the entire (clothed) body while on the floor using a comfortable mat and pillows.
After a good, hard workout at the gym with Marta Fernandez two days ago and feeling stiff and sore, the Thai massage really helped stretch and relax my body which I could not accomplish on my own. You physically feel light as a cloud afterwards, and mentally clear and calm.
Paula has more than 15 years of experience in massage and is a licensed acupuncturist, and has a deep understanding of the body and any health issues. And, she has one of the most talented pair of hands I know other than Nels McWilliams (acupuncture and shiatsu). Highly recommended.
