Same sort of menu as when this location was the Basil Leaf but the food is lousy. My wrap was essentially lettuce and they raised their prices. Even gave them a second chance with the same results, I won’t be back for a third time. Too bad since we need a place like the old Basil Leaf in the FiDi.

Since the new owner took over, lunch doesn’t start til 12, prices are up, food isn’t as good, and the wraps are smaller. Plus, they added $ 3 onto the tip i filled in on my credit card slip; I discovered it when i got my CC bill.

I’ve had two doners there, the beef/​lamb and the chicken… spectacular. The lavash bread was fresh, all ingredients top-​quality. Best turkish lunchtime eats in SF, bar-​none.

Had a nice beef/​lamb shawerma doner (wrap) with a side of humus (their spelling). Very nice staff, nice, clean interior, and the food tastes pretty delicious and fresh, decent prices, and the Turkish tea is nice. Looking forward to going back.
