The best place to live in SF! Amazing views and very centrally located to all of SF Bay Area. It’s near freeways and all the public transportation you want. The south of market has the most restaurants, bars and nightlife vs any other neighborhood. My favorite is the weather and the positive energy from everyone here.

Is everyone here a shill for OES management? It is a great building but it certainly has some issues. HOA is high and rising(new palm trees?). There are fees for lots of silly things like when your movers are 15 minutes out of your ‘move in window’. You have to go to an orientation on how to use the building. You might need it; because the building is a maze and it’ll take you 10 minutes to get around between the door and your room some times.(There is a manual in case you forget some of the many HOA rules.) But overall it is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and views are great. Definitely the most convenient place I’ve ever lived. The public grill is one of the best features of the apartment; it’s huge, hot, and the staff takes good care of it.

I absolutely love the Towers — I bought it as an investment and it turned out to be a great one! I’ve had it for 5 years and have never had a problem renting it out. HOA fees haven’t gone up much(unlike other properties that I have owned). Amenities like the pool, new fitness center, business center, conference room, BBQ are well maintained and have all been upgraded since I’ve owned here and I’ve never gotten a special assessment. Good fiscal management by the HOA Board — I had the CC&Rs checked by my attorney and the budget checked by my accountant before I purchased it, and send them both periodic updates to make sure things are on track. So far, so good. As an update: Jay T — you clearly have never lived in a door man luxury building. Is this your first one? I’ve lived in many(on both coasts) and believe me. this one is well run. Just because I’m not bashing the place doesn’t mean I’m a «shill» for OES. There are over 250+ units… there have to be rules to keep things as beautiful as they are For every rule there is someone who probably did a dumb ass thing to get the rule made in the first place! On the maze aspect — bring breadcrumbs. :)

The Towers is a great place to live; we moved here from the UK3 years ago and everyone was extremely welcoming. There is a good vibe to the place, neighbours help each other out, the facilities are fabulous and the location is hard to beat. I work in the Financial District and can walk to work, or take the Muni on the rainy days. We looked at a lot of the local block before buying in the Towers, this building felt the friendliest, has good facilities, reasonable HOA fees and having a restuarant in the buiding is hard to beat.
