Omulu Guanabara Capoeira

Thank goodness the Harvey Milk Center has re-​opened…
That means that Mestre Preguica and the world renowned academy Omulu Capoeira Guanabara is back in its rightful home.
I’ve had the pleasure of training the explosive and dynamic Afro-​Brazilian art of capoeira for 5 years now and I can tell you that it doesn’t get much better than this group.
Omulu Capoeira Guanabara has multiple locations all over San Francisco as well as the Bay Area in entirety, but the hub of Artistic Direction = Mestre Preguica. I am pleased announce that Mestre Preguica is once again holding Beginners classes for Youth and Adults at the Harvey Milk Center (as well as Bernal Heights Recreation Center).
