Someone tell Unilocal this business is the same as Starwash.
After many lost socks, there are now lost towels and even expensive bike clothing like my $ 200 descente bib shorts that appear to have evaporated. On a couple occasions, I have gone back to discover I never received back entire bags of clothing until I pressed Olga, insisting that my clothing must be there.
Voila — it miraculously appeared!
Update ⁴⁄₅ — I went in again to try to plead with Olga to find my $ 200 bike shorts. She didn’t seem to care that they were lost — I had to go in three times just for her to check in her lost and found. When she did, she said they were no where to be found until she later admitted that a guy comes once a month to take away the excess clothing.
I shared with her that I spend between $ 1600 – 1800 per year there, yet she was totally beyond reason in even extending a token credit to compensate for my lost shorts. She treated me as though she didn’t know me (after religiously patronizing her store since 2006). How many of her clients are bringing in bike shorts to be air dried? I am sure it fell off a hanger and went to the guy who picks up the clothes that are abandoned.
Other gripes:
1– she weighs your laundry with the basket artificially increasing the weight
2– clothing never really smells washed of late — sometimes I wonder if it goes in without soap
The business is a model of complete disorganization, incompetence, complete disregard for customers’ valuable clothing and total disloyalty to customer who want to be loyal to this business.

We take our laundry to Olga about 1 – 2 times a month. With all the laundry that piles up and the bickering that insues while we try to do it ourself, it’s worth the cost. Olga is sweet and gets it done quick in a organized manner.
The only problem I have encountered is lacy unders that can’t handle the super hot dryers and rip when i tried to wear them, save those for hand washing at home.
Update, We are going to have to go somewhere else after too many things are being bleach stained lately. Our eqyption cotton sheets, colored tee shirts and ringer tee shirts. It’s unfortunate because we like It there but can’t afford to have things ruined.

Anyone who’s willing to do my laundry for me is okay in my book.
Olga’s a sweetheart and I have not a single complaint. Parking’s pretty easy around here, esp. on the weekends.
