I regularly visit Tracy for her hot stone therapy massage, and I’ve found it to be very useful with my athletic training. The hot stones help to loosen up tight muscles, so she can effectively work on deep knots and troubled spots.
She is also a true Reiki master. I’ve had various reiki practitioners work on me before, and I didn’t feel anything. But I can immediately feel the benefits of Tracy’s skills while she works. She’s a gifted healer.
