Geez!
my experience of New pacific has been completely the opposite of the first review
which seems petty and personal rather than objective.
James is terrific ! any problem I have had is delt with promptly.
Ive had occasion to have a major street drain blockage last year and more recently
a new water heater all dealt with immediately and both expensive fixes.
Couldnt be more satisfied with their management

Molly is PROBABLY used to exploiting helpless Chinese immigrants that don’t speak English and can’t stand up for themselves.
She is so crooked I don’t even know where to start.
I called to tell her there was a major electrical problem which prevented the lights from working on the two story high staircase! Safety hazard? not to mention the SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEM with black mold in the bathroom of the property. and she blew me off for a week.
I made an extraordinary effort to clean the property in order to minimize any claims she would make that we damaged the property and after all that she had the audacity to tell me that we had damaged the carpet. and they were keeping the security deposit. and i should take my roommate, the master tenant, to court for my security deposit.
The property I was living at had been occupied for over 10 years!
Replacing the carpet after 10 years is considered «NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR» for other, PROFESSIONAL building/​property management companies.
Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you possibly can. get your money back and just find somewhere else to live before you go through the same experience i did.

Our building is «managed» by New Pacific Realty. Molly is the worst property manager ever. She literally yells at you if you call for repairs, doesn’t have keys to the units, you have to call at least three times to get anything done, and over the last month she has been on a «business trip» and nothing we have called about has been done. We don’t ask for much, but our bathroom door has no knob and the kitchen sink as been leaking steadily for over a month and we get no response.
