Bad order pick up, I found an obvious eggshell. I didn’t have to accidentally eat it. It was obviously displayed. Highly disappointed through eat24 order.

Have lived in the neighborhood for years, thought we would give this place a try and do takeout. Didn’t get a chance to try the food because the waiter was pretending he didn’t understand what I was saying. Will not be going back.

Ordered the lunch combo of Chicken Satay and Yellow Curry; chicken was over cooked and chewy, the yellow curry was bland and needed more seasoning. Friend ordered Pad See Eew; was too sour and over salted. Food wasn’t cheap either; $ 20 for two mediocre dishes. Service was fast, but we won’t be going back.

This is a review of their delivery service, haven’t been in person(yet). First time trying a new local Thai place for delivery in years since normal one was closed… and they totally blew me away. Papaya salad was perfectly spicy and textured, possibly best I’ve ever had. Panang curry was solid. Chicken and rice were both cooked to perfection. Delivery right on time. Will definitely be ordering again.

Good food… The staff could be a bit lazy but the food is delicious Loved the pad Thai and Malaysian curry Expect less tangy-spicy and more bland but tasteful and well cooked meal

Came for lunch with mom on a weekday. Found it to be surprisingly busy when we came — always a good sign. We opted on two variations of the lunch special which comes with rice, a small side salad, and your choice of two sampler entrees. Mom ordered the red curry and coconut chicken soup. The soup was very fragrant and delicious. The curry looked like it was mostly slivered bamboo shoots and your choice of protein. It also wasn’t red? I ordered mine with Tom Yum Soup and Eggplant Basil. Both were very strong in flavor, but again, delicious. The portion sizes were also very fair, given the $ 8.95 price. Both Mom and I were stuffed at the end of our meal. So why just 3 stars? Well, firstly service was just very slow. It took a long time for us to be able to place an order and even longer for us to receive our food. For a lunch special, you would think that most of these dishes were already par-cooked at the very least to expedite the order. I can’t imagine anyone on a regular lunch hour being able to eat here regularly. Secondly, it didn’t happen to us… and I don’t really know what happened. But the table next to us flagged down the waiter and pointed to his dish to which the waiter profusely apologized. He ended up taking a refund and leaving almost immediately. Makes you wonder…

This is a decent Thai place with friendly service. I had Panang Curry with Prawns and my girlfriend had Coconut Milk Chicken Soup and Green Papaya Salad. The food was delicious. She said she liked the salad but had better, hence the four stars instead of five. My curry was delicious all around. Restaurant is very clean, which is somewhat unusual for this area. We will be back.

Lunch special: 2 items with rice and salad for $ 8.95. A decent list of items to choose for entrees for the lunch special. Red curry chicken = chicken with vegetables, medium heat curry. Delicious. Garlic eggplant = boring. Comes with soft tofu cubes, too. It was on the bland side. Service = efficient. Prices = reasonable to moderate. Seating = Ten 4-tops, and can be pushed together to accommodate larger parties as well.

I’m not sure if it’s a hit or miss kinda thing? or the normal chef was not cooking tonight? I tried an order of the Pad Thai w/Chicken and it was extremely bland. I’m not even the type of person that goes for strong flavors, but this was really bland! I let someone else tried it and they said«uh… kinda bland» I’m like YES i know right? NOt like I’m imagining this! Well, so that’s all I tasted bland oily noodles with some over dried dead chicken pieces and that was it! The chicken was so dried along with all that noodle that I literally had to down 2 glasses of water while eating to help the food ease up. Someone compared this place to King of Thai? Sorry. King of Thai has better Pad thai. At least the one I had today. I only ate all of it b/c I was starving & I paid for it. My mom had the Pad Kee mao and she didn’t like that either… she said it’s not that good :\ i MIGHT come back & try the curry or pad see ew since I see some reviewers ranting about how yummy it is, but who knows. 45 mins drive there to be disappointed. not sure If I wanna give it another chance. :(Just maybe if I happen to be close by maybe? I seriously want to understand why this place has a 4 star avg. b/c I couldn’t taste that 4 star. I guess we have to wait for more reviews to see the TRUE average, so maybe I shouldn’t go back until some more guinea pigs are done exploring the food selections share their thoughts: D

What a nice surprise!!! I used to be a fan of king of Thai noodles but their choices are very limited. I also go to Marnee Thai on Irvine a lot but they can get pretty crowded. I found this place with 3+stars on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I ordered the gravy rice noodles and green curry. They are both amazing. I don’t think I’m going back to king of Thai noodle anymore.

Just the right spiciness on the red curry. YUM!!! And the Thai Iced Tea? Perfect. We were in a bit of a rush and we told the waiter, and our food was ready in just a few minutes. I was a little skeptical because of how fast the food was prepared but everything was great. The vegetables were not over/undercooked whatsoever. I’ll be coming back again.

Cheap thai eats! Back in December 2013, most dishes were around $ 7, which is a great deal. However, the food was pretty average and some, kind of bland. The roommate and I ordered delivery from My Thai through . *Angel wings($ 7) *Som tum(no peanuts) $ 7 *Gang kiew wan gai or unit(Beef, Hot) $ 8 *Tom yum gai(Hot) $ 7 +Prawns(+$ 2) *Pad thai(Chicken, Hot, No peanuts) $ 7 *Gai ka prow(Hot) $ 7 *Jasmine rice($ 1.50) *Brown rice($ 2) All the dishes were okay. The angel wings were freshly fried and crunchy, but didn’t have much flavor. I thought they’d be tossed in a sauce. Instead they just came with a side of sauce. The papaya salad was kind of bland. Didn’t have the strong spicy, fishy flavor that I love. The curry and soup were pretty average. The roommate thought the chicken was bland as well. And the pad thai was served with a huge amount of chili flakes. I didn’t like the texture that added to the noodles. Great prices. Too bad the food doesn’t pack a lot of flavor.

I love Thai food. Ever since my boyfriend first had me try a Thai restaurant so long ago, I have made it a goal to try almost every Thai place I come across. My experiences have led me to the best, and the worst, and everything you could possibly imagine in between. Being a cat from SF, one could roam around every little nook and cranny of the city, and still not have gone to all the available options for Thai food here. But little by little, I find my way checking off a new one from my list when I can. Now, my travels brought me to My Thai, and I was ready to see how this establishment stacked up against their competition. I prowled in with a good friend of mine and we were immediately seated by a young waiter. This place is quite small so it seems there is just one waiter and a cook in the back. Very cozy and quaint I must say. I really liked the space arrangement in this place. While the space is limited, the arrangement of the tables allows quite a bit of open space so nobody feels that they are crowded or being listened in upon. Very nice. Their menu was pretty standard for what sort of things you would see in a Thai restaurant, and pretty much any favorite you may have elsewhere, they also have here with a few unique options. My friend and I decided to try their Pad Thai with chicken, and Pad Thai with beef. Along with this, I got a Thai ice tea, since I’m addicted to it for some reason, I’m a crazy cheetah okay! It came very quickly which I was quite happy about. I noticed that the serving size was a bit smaller than I had hoped, but honestly speaking it wasn’t that big of an issue, as the taste of the meal made up for the slightly lesser amount than I’m used to. Very well cooked, great flavors that were just right and not too overbearing but not bland at all. The Thai ice tea was also absolutely wonderful and a very fair amount. The waiter was very nice and came by numerous times to make sure everything was ok and to refill our water. I always love seeing that sort of service, shows professionalism and a care to customers that is very important for me. I left feeling quite satisfied as my friend did too, and I think this cat will let his paws find their way back here again in the future :) *chirp!*

Ordered the pad see ew($ 8.95) online for pick up. I like that you could schedule a time to pick up your food and they’re super punctual. They called to follow up on my order even though I was only 5 minutes late. The pad see ew was a little sweeter than others I’ve had, but still good. It had perfect portions of noodles, meat, and veggies and it stayed warm for a long time because they line their box with aluminum foil. Would definitely order from them again!

Pretty good thai food in the Richmond. Came here around 9 on a Sunday night and we were the only people in the place. The staff were in the corner watching a miss America pageant and laughing loudly the entire time. We ordered tofu satay($ 8) for 4 skewers of 2 pieces on tofu on each. They came with peanut sauce and cucumber salad and it was all really good. We got pumpkin red curry with tofu and bamboo shoots and it was okay. I feel like it could have been more flavorful but what do I know. We got a Thai tea as well and the check came out to $ 27 for those 3 items and some sides of rice.
