Although the tech never actually worked on my computer or did any service, their business practices are horrible. I called the number when I was having software issues with my Mac and set up an appointment for the next day. The guy NO-SHOWED! I waited 30 minutes and I called him where he said he couldn’t talk and «would call me right back.» Some 15 minutes later he called, apologetic but couldn’t make the original appointment (even late) and said it would have to be a FEW HOURS. WTF? Bad, bad business. I got up early and prepared everything at home for his service visit, including rescheduling other commitments. Not a way to make an impression on a new client.
