Moffitt Gift Shop

This gift shop has everything that you need. They have sweets, snacks, toys, clothes, cards, and knick knacks!
A pretty wide selection, I think that you could find a gift for anyone in here. They even have Sport team items! The prices are a little higher than drug store prices (of course) but it’s not going to break the bank!
The staff are all pretty nice and are helpful.
They do a lot of seasonal themes too, right now it’s all ready for Valentine’s Day!

Not as expensive as you’d think. My boyfriend got an adorable American Apparel-​esque T-​shirt here for 12 $. Usually they jack up the prices at hospital gift shops because they have a captive audience. I appreciate that this place doesn’t.

Occasionally I stop in… to buy See’s candies. It’s bad for me, but great for them. Convenient little shop that has all sorts of goodies, including a bit of UCSF gear. Those that work there are very friendly and very helpful with anything that you need.

This gift shop is packed to the brim with goodies. It’s sort of become a makeshift bookstore after the campus bookstore closed.
Things you can find here:
UCSF gear — they have some UCSF shirts and sweatshirts along with other random gifts like mugs, id card holders etc
Balloons — latex and mylar — a bunch of balloons can get pricey though. Once i bought like 4 latex balloons and one mylar and it was about $ 13
toiletries — need emergency advil, floss toothpaste? they got it
Snacks galore and drinks!
If you need something cuddly and cute for a gift — you got it, if you want to buy someone a necklace and some crystal encrusted jewelry box you got it, get well card? got it!
Overall — they pack in a lot of inventory in this place. You’d be surprised what you’d find! They don’t rip you off entirely, which is odd for a giftshop!

I personally like this shop. they got good prices for snacks.
