It’s less than 24 hours before Thanksgiving. I really wish that my dad is here to celebrate with us. Six years ago, my father passed away under the care of this facilities and he was there less than 2 years. If it weren’t for their lack of care especially night shift certain ethnic staffs then probably my dad would still be here to celebrate all the holidays with us. So if you don’t really need to. Please don’t place your love ones in any nursing home. They wouldn’t last long! I said this from my family member experience. BTW, I would rate this facility 0 but there’s no 0 to choose from so no chose to give them a 1. Lastly, they don’t deserve a 4. 0 is best for their services. Thank you!

If you need to place a family member in a convalescent hospital, and don’t have the money to set them up in some luxury place, there’s this place, if you can get them in. It’s not luxurious, but its clean and well run. The people working there are highly ethical and kind. It’s a tad out of the way from the main part of San Francisco, so its isn’t easy to visit, but its still in town. People that are here are really helpless for the most part, so its not about a happy retirement center. People need intense help 24/7, but as much as that can be depressing they try to maintain an air of hopefullness and cheer, and keep it really bright and clean. There is almost zero odor which is saying a lot considering the circumstances. I’ve had two family members here. It’s largely Asian in character, so Asians especially Chinese will feel more comfortable but that being said, it fine regardless. So, there it is. A fine place if you need it.
