My friend was looking for jewelry, and Royal was very helpful. He spent a lot of time helping her and gave lots of insightful suggestions. The selection is broad and definitely unique and beautiful.

I was at a conference at the kabuki hotel and walked through the mall during lunch. I came across this place and dropped in to check it out. Royal was very nice and knowledgable about his products. It’s hard to come across jewelry like this in the states (popular style in Japan and Korea) so it was a pleasant surprise. I snagged a braclet and had a great experience thanks to Royal.

With my lack of knowledge in jewelry; this is a great place for entry-​level jewelry. Metallurgy /​M+Y Steel carries a supreme selection of pendants, rings, bracelets, earrings, etc., for both men and women.
Located in the West Mall of Japantown in San Francisco, this is tiny shop. Great spot for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, birthdays, gifts in general.
My experience there with the sales associate, Royal, was very sincere and informative. The product knowledge that Royal provided for me was very enlightening and it made my shopping experience a lot more comfortable.
With my purchase, they even provided an amazing gift wrap; I was definitely taken care of!
