McDonald’s

About a week ago, I ordered a breakfast with McMuffin with egg, hashbrown, ad a small OJ, it came out to be $$ 8.16. I feel this McDonald charge higher price. I won’t be visiting this store again for sure.

I love burgers. Mcchicken and mcdoubles are 2.18 now. That’s what they charge for burgers at in n out, and McDonald’s is nowhere as good as in n out. It’s the most expensive McDonald’s I have ever been to, by a large margin too. This time around I ordered a mcdouble and it was filled with salt. It was not edible. The price went up, the quality went down. I’m never going there again.

Breakfast only at 3am. Seriously?! This franchise seems like it’s individually owned which means is sucks. Big time.

Usually I don’t care much about customer services but this time I feel like I have to do it. Just ordered $ 5 for 2 (Filet O Fish). 2 problems with this McDonald. 1. Terrible customer service, regarding the cash register– seriously when someone said Thank you to you twice and not only didn’t acknowledge it, at least said no problem or your welcome. Pretty much you are telling me you don’t respect your job and yourself. Don’t work there if you don’t like your job. Second, food-​they forgot to put 2 cheese on my filet o fish. I hope they didn’t do it on purpose just to save money since this is a promotion on $ 5 for 2 to reduce cost. I hope the manager see this and fix the problems. And I definitely not coming back here again, never.

Well I came here for a cup of coffee. Was surprise they did not offer that promotion. $ 1 for any size coffee. So disappointed.

Being the late night time person that I am, I usually enjoy getting food at night. I was extremely hungry so I decided to try this McDonald’s drive thru hence the ²⁴⁄₇ signs at their location.
I’ve actually come here many times without any problems but this time I just couldn’t handle it. There was no line at the drive thru so I thought I had a good chance of getting my food quickly. Turns out they were closed for half an hour. Seriously if you’re a ²⁴⁄₇ place, you should at least commit to that. Several other cars were turned away behind me and I’m sure that they were just as frustrated as me.
I decided to wait since there was nothing else around. Went back to order, «Oh sorry we don’t serve mcgriddle’s right now.» Once again McDonald’s let me down because there’s signs and banners all around saying breakfast all day. Well apparently not.
Overall, horrible just horrible, had so many problems in just one night. The food was eh. But remember, you get what you pay food. McDonald’s is cheap fast food and there you go.

While I think that this location deserves more than 2 stars, I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving it more than two stars. Yet, I have fond memories of going to this location and getting happy means which damn it, they really did make me happy.

Consistently closed or down late night, even when they are open they produce subpar food, even by McDonald’s standards. I have learned not to depend on them at all late night, and wouldn’t consider going there during the day at all.

After reading the reviews and going there several times, the reviewers are right –the fries are cold a lot. Definitely check it out before you leave because their fries aren’t cheap.
I thought it was expensive and again the reviewers are right. It feel more expensive than others. My husband and I came for 2 simple meals and it was about $ 18…I was so surprised. You can get food, like real food, for that much. You can go across the street Whole Foods in their hot section for the same price.

Been here a couple times since I live nearby and there’s a drive thru, but it sucks that I ALWAYS get cold fries!!! :’(I know, it’s McDonald’s…I definitely can’t have my expectations too high but seriously? Not even hot fries? I mean the fries are supposed to be the best part about McDonald’s…
Probably will think twice before coming to this location if I’m ever craving McDonald’s.

Super slow, makes you wonder what are they doing, super frustrating when your hungry!!!

Drive through order is terrible. They always forget my ketchup even though i double ask for it！it happens ¾ times

Zero stars because:
— As of ⁰⁷⁄₁₅ they were out of minions toys for their Happy Meal. What???
— Higher price than regular McD
— Once their fries tasted like plastic. Not kidding! I ate a couple and threw the whole big size fries and the nuggets too. What a waste of money. Never back until yesterday when they were out of toys.

Clean, Big, fast. Pretty good for a fast food location. Drive through is great and parking is a relief being on Ocean.
If your a McDonalds fan, then this place is great.

This place is very nestalgic! Saw it every morning heading to CCSF. Met up my Homies a few times there. Cool chill spot, spacious.

Not one of the better McDonald’s. It smells so bad in here. They need some heavy disinfectant that eliminates smells. Beware the chilling folks. These are the folks that hang around outside chilling asking for money and food all day. Oh, don’t mind the attitude of some of the employees. I understand why so many are rude, annoyed, irritated, and lack basic customer service skills, it is because they cannot meet the demands of their job… BIG EXCUSES FOR LACK OF DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY.

This place sucks. They have some of the highest prices in SF, but that’s would be fine with me if their food was edible. Half full and cold fries. Burnt chicken. Sometimes the people are friendly but they still suck at their job. Long waits and wrong orders. How did you confuse diet coke with iced tea?

Not actually 24 Hour Drive Thru, apparently it is closed between 2am-​4am defeating the purpose for me personally. Don’t waste a trip there with your friends when you’re hungry late at night.

No soft serve for mcflurries. Why is this place here?

Absolutely horrible service at the drive-​thru window. Always check if they got your order right before leaving, because they will screw it up. Of course, if you’re looking for a 24hr McD’s, then what choice do you really have.

What Can I say i am that fat kid who likes cake and sometimes I just have the craving for McDonald’s because it always taste the same and when you are hung over, well, Damn it taste good!
This McDonald’s does SUCK!
Positive:
— I live ½ a block away
— They are open 24 hrs
— They have a big parking lot where I can tell my late night hookups to park while we «do our thing»
Negatives:
— Everything is over priced
— Everything is always cold
— They never give me ketchup unless I ask
— I have to remind them to give me dipping sauce and then they only give you 2 for a 20 piece
— They give you two napkins whether you order a small french fries or 4 meals.
— They are super cheap. They charge you 10 cents for a bag, which is normal, but they stick the things you ordered in the smallest bag possible. If I could count how many bags have ripped. Because that’s really going to convince management to give them a raise. Stop being so stingy, its not your money.
— Finally, they are just plain rude! I mean rude! like I should be grateful to be in there presence.
MOST! I mean the MOST! irritating thing about this McDonald’s is that they are super SLOW! and once you are in that drive through you are stuck. Its like they did it on purpose.

McDonald’s here is huge, one of the rare spots that doesn’ t off $ 1 coffee regardless of size. only the regular is $ 1.

‘Freestanding’ means *this* McDonald’s does not have as much control of quality.

The bathroom was dirtier than one you’d find at a gas station. There are a lot of transient folks that make their way through the restaurant but it looked like they gave up trying altogether!
Napkins are rationed out behind the counter but they forget to doll them out to paying customers. Getting someone to acknowledge my need at the counter took me grabbing someone rather than them seeing me at the counter. I was only a few feet from them!
I ordered a sandwich without cheese and was discussed at the amount of mayo on it.
I know it’s mcd’s but this was pretty bad. I came for the convenience but it definitely was not worth the stop.

They are open 24 hours and are always so nice. Of course it’s McDonald’s so it’s great drunk food and is hella cheap. I don’t go there often, so don’t judge lol. Plenty of parking too!
