The custom burger I made was really good and filling. Worth the wait! It was falling apart halfway into the burger because of my ingredient combination. I didn’t mind it and I would still get it again. Additional kudos if they provide us with sandwich toothpicks. If you want what I got, it’s a ciabatta roll with beef, add pepper jack cheese, grilled tomato(not regular tomato), lettuce, grilled mushrooms, crispy onion and parmesan peppercorn sauce. It’s not spicy or you taste the tomato. This review is also a note to my future self so I remember what I got. Lol

I never thought in my life i would prefer Mc Donald’s over another burger spot unless i want some quick fast food burger. You think they would get worse with self serve kiosks instead of employees taking your order but i was wrong. You can add so many things to your burger you would normally never think of. Not only that but you can double your cheese on a burger or double condiments such as mushrooms. You can even double the meat you get. They have continents you didn’t even quite know exist on a Mc Donald’s menu. Plus you don’t have to worry about a cashier messing up your order. This McDonald feels much more higher class and the quality is much higher then a typical Mc Donald’s. Even the décor is very modernized and has a upscale feeling. The customized burgers are the best. I wish they could expand their customization options even further. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The automated touchscreens for ordering are incredibly convenient! We placed an order and literally seconds after swiping, we had our food(granted it was only fries, for a snack)! Skipping the line of nearly 15 – 20 was definitely a big plus! Additionally, McDonald’s conscious decision to slowly move towards a make to order system has definitely affected its quality, and in a good way. Our fries were piping hot and just lightly salted — perfection. The ambiance of this McDonald’s is also slightly more upscale. Communal tables and ample bar seating with electrical outlets are available which makes the area feel less like fast food and more like a bustling café.

I haven’t been here in years! What drew me in was the custom made burger signs. Yup this isn’t your grandpa’s McDonalds! They have automated kiosks where you tell them how you like your sandwich made! Ordering was super easy. I got a crispy chicken sandwich with tomatoes, shaved parm and ciabatta. You can either pay via the computer or you ask for a receipt and go to the counter to pay. Be prepared to wait longer for a custom sandwich. It’s not that long but longer than the ready made same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised that they placed my food on metal plates. That’s fancier than Red Robins! Kudos for not salting the fries. I sat in a communal table and plugged into my pad. You can surf and eat at the same time! I wish they would convert the Serramonte store into this version!

Update since the location remodeled: They now have four automated ordering touchscreens and three physical registers spaced out so that queuing does not block customer movement. Additionally there’s exits at both front and back of the store for easy exit in case of a fire. Great improvements!

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. They’ve replaced humans with artificial intelligent machines ready to take your soon-to-be regrettable meal. No judgement when you do a lil quick math and realize the 20 piece chicken nuggets are a better deal than the 5 piece meal– regardless of if you’d finish all 20 bits of processed white mystery meat. I forgot my wallet but fear not, machine takes Apple Pay. Double win. They have new dipping sauces– spicy buffalo is my fav. Bonus point: my filet o fish came neatly stacked– not like the other savage run places where the cheese is clinging onto one corner of your filet square with tartar sauce leaking out the side of the bun. Also, new chairs and tables and outlets. It’s like a better version of your living room. There’s free wifi. I literally didn’t have to say a single word or interact with anyone during my visit. 10⁄10 would go again. 8⁄10 might go use free internet.

This is my local McDonald’s. It’s located at Stonestown shopping center. Ample parking. Recently remodeled — now there are high tech towers near the front entrance. It’s a touch screen. You order, then either pay with your debit credit card or pay at the counter. Your order number is on your receipt. With the remodel, they had to remove some tables by the windows where we liked to sit to people watch. Unlike other McDonald’s, the cost of coffee was the same irregardless of cup size. And they’ve converted to a self service soda fountain dispenser. I liked the old table setup more but can appreciate the latest changes.

McDonalds was McPoppin and their McPick 2 was the deal of the McCentury. I must say that I was impressed with this McDonalds reconstruction. The atmosphere felt like a lounge with seats that i could fall asleep on. I got more than enough food for less than 5 dollars. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me for extra sauce. THESAUCEISBOSS. 5 stars.

Beautifully redone, clean, modern and now HIGH tech with brand new clean touch screens and ability to pay right there. I have never been a huge McDonalds fan due to it being not as healthy and the ingredients being lower quality, however, this one right here might just be a game changer. The ambiance has gotten classier along with the music and ingredient options. The Create Your Own Taste, now allows me to customize the way I would at a Counter Burger or Habit Burger, while still having the best tasting fries in the industry. Even the bathrooms are clean and modern and I no longer have to leave here with my tail between my legs and my head down, knowing that I can actually get a pretty decent and«fresh» meal at McDonalds! My only suggestions would be to start offering grass-fed beef, cage free eggs and no GMO’s and perhaps, then we could become more than just mere acquaintances. ;)

I rarely get fast food or crave it so I don’t know how I could have possibly ended up here… I haven’t been to this McDonalds since high school. My little brother said that they renovated and became all high tech recently so since I was in the area, I decided to check it out. Chicken nuggets sounded good for once! Of course we had to try out the new self service machines. You order on this touch screen and they have all the selections on there. It’s separated by categories: snacks, happy meals, burgers, etc. Oh, you can also customize your own burger, how cool is that. Apparently the sauces are unlimited on these machines. You can literally get like 10+ for FREE. Before you had to pay for that extra sauce. We ordered 20 pc nuggets with HELLA sauces, lol. Sweet and sour is the best! This renovation was definitely needed and turned out to be pretty cool. Although there are less tables, the self-service machines help avoid long lines and make ordering much more quick and efficient. There are outlets on some of the tables also! You can still order at the register if you’re struggling with the new machines. But if you wanna try it out, there is a guy who’s main job is to help people with the machines. This was my first time going into one of these high tech Mcdonalds and it was pretty cool. Check it out!

Holy crap. This place is basically a missing scene from the movie«Idiocracy». From the zombified shopping mall location, to the touch screen kiosks one is expected to use to enter their own order, this place straight-up sucks. Only upside is the bathroom wasn’t actively revolting(and is the only reason to ever stop here).

I try to stay away from McDonald’s as much as I can. I don’t even buy it most of the time when my kids beg me for it. I dropped by only because my client wanted to meet here. I’m not sure if all McDonald’s chain has been converted like this, but the décor was very nice. It is a busy restaurant given the fact that it is located within the mall, and there is college and high school nearby. As you walk in, there are 4 automated order machines on your left which surprised me. There was ample seating even for a small place, but you do feel boxed in. I only ordered a coffee and fries. Both items were hot, but tasted horrendous. Maybe because I just don’t like fast-food. It was also sad to see so many older employees that are working here. I’m not going to get much into the food, because most everyone already have eaten at a McDonald’s and know what to expect. Parking was also hard to find. It took me almost 10 minutes to find a spot. I think I’ve said enough.

Ahhh McDonald’s…it’s is like an unhealthy relationship… so bad for you but you just keep coming back for more! Typically McDonald’s isn’t anything that special, but I had to come by after hearing about the new remodel and the cool touch screens where you can place in orders. It was pretty busy when I came so I’m guessing other people had the same idea. The new décor is great. You can actually watch the workers assemble your food and the new tables and chairs are pretty nice. I believe there are outlets as well… perfect for people who are getting their work done on a tablet or something. Even though it was busy, I was very impressed with how fast my food came out. It was piping hot and fresh, not to mention that they don’t skimp on the fries! :) I mean, it IS a fast food place… but for some reason, other McDonald’s locations don’t have the same sense of urgency that this location has. I hope this location will keep it up!

The renovation of this restaurant looks better than before. It is newly renovated, self-order kiosks are available with the conventional counters. Service here is faster and better than before, the facility also looks cleaner. At this location, you get to: — order and pay at the machines, retrieve your order at the pick up counter — place your order at the machines, pay at the counter — wait in line to order and pay at the counter Definitely props for making these improvements! Here are some of the items I ordered: — Large French Fries — Chocolate Chip Cookies(2) — Medium Vanilla Milkshake The milkshake tastes good, milk and vanilla ice cream blended together is a wonderful combination.

This place is pretty cool! Just reopened after a remodel with a Create Your Taste option like the new one on Union Square. You can order on the fun new kiosk, the people are SUPER friendly and my burger was delicious; juicy, hot and exactly how I ordered it! I highly recommend adding the grilled tomato to your burger! So tasty! Oh! And the music is great. Lots of people were singing(or dancing) to the current hits. Winner, winner, let’s go for dinner!

Newly remodeled with your choice of building your own burger now! It’s almost as much as Built Custom Burger and with lesser quality. The new set up is really pretty and convenient. You can order by touch screen or by cashier. There’s also new soda fountain and you can watch them prepare your food. Out of the other McDonalds this is one of the nicest I’ve seen. So 4 stars for the nice remodel.

Hot cakes meal at McDonald’s is always legit. But I didn’t pick this place. Lots of crazies going through this place.(Jerk move for me to say that.) Home girl is having a conversation with herself. Another lady is eye-sexing my meal. But I didn’t pick this place. McDonald’s is a staple in just about every kid’s life, mine included. But I didn’t pick this place. We’ll just keep McDonald’s to drive thru experiences when on the road or in the rare instance these days, a drunk experience.

The place was really busy and pretty dirty. There was a homeless person sitting next to me and none of the tables were cleaned. My food was okay, nothing special. Although they did add a lot of jalapeños to my sandwich which was generous of them. Also the cashier was very sweet and friendly. She seemed to be in a good mood despite the environment she was working in. She was very welcoming and nice(I think her name was Alexis.). One star for extra jalapeños and one star for a friendly cashier.
