I came here to get two pencil dotted sized birthmarks to be lasered off. It costs $ 30 per birthmark which was $ 60 total. You also have 3 months time for them to come back after your treatment in order for her to laser it off for free. If not you would be charged AGAIN. Before the treatment she made me sign a contract on how she is not reliable and so on. She was in a rush and was extremely rude toward me. She suggested that I consider her acne treatment when I have NO acne. The first mole never came back. I did come back to have my second mole lasered again and this time she offered her «antibiotic powder» for me to use afterward that smelled like herbs and was a light tan color. She also made unnecessary remarks on how I should wear sunscreen and stay out of the sun.

The owner here is all about MONEY! This place is horrible and I would NEVER come here again!
She is a very mean lady unless you are talking about money! I broke out with cystic acne as an adult and need a quick long term fix. I didnt mine paying the price to get things fix but OMG its SUPER expensive and service is poor! There is no such thing as refund either. She told me that she guarentees 90% of the acne to be gone forever by the end of they treatment.
True…not really. She was able to remove the acne that was already there and when I asked her about the new ones the sprouted and she said «I only promised the ones that were already there I cant help with the new ones!» WTF 1K to remove the acne that was already there??? It would of just went away in a few weeks with any acne treatment. I went there to have a problem fixed long term! AND to top everything off. She turned all the once use to be acne to acne scar (expected and I didnt mind as much because I knew that time will heal it) but she broke pretty much all the capillaries on my cheek! That is a permanent damage! I only found this out when I went to another place to fixed the «redness» which were broken capillaries. OMG =(
On my last treatment she even have the nerves to ask if I want to sign up for a 1 years 1/​month facial to keep the ance away. Obviously I would not because she would probably find a loop hole for her words when something goes wrong. I feel like it probably happens to many people that actually come here and she is prepared with her answers.
On that same last day, in the middle of MY treatment, another customer come in because her daughters treatment didnt work and she wanted a refund or something and the owner and the customer had a HUGE argument in the middle of my treatment. She’s would also yell at her son from time to time. This place is such a rip off. If you need something fixed, go to a doctor. I learned my lesson!
Since I can’t really give this place 0 stars I would have to say that they 1 star would be for the lady that worked there (not the owner.) She is a very nice lady with a very HIGH tolerance! I saw her get yelled at by the owned many times and I was there only 5 times for the 5 treatments. I feel so bad for her. She is very and give excellent massages. I think she deserves a much better boss.

On the first day of treatment, you make payments and for every follow up appointment after, you no longer get service with a smile. They validate you the first time you pay. but everytime there-​after… you’re on your own. I got a few sun spots removed here but most of them came back… I don’t recommend coming here.
