Honestly the best personal trainer. I was completely into the sedentary lifestyle before I met Marci, but health concerns made me seek out a personal trainer and I’m so grateful that Marci was the person to help me. Not only did I lose weight I had a significant difference in my health per my primary doctor. I met with Marci 2 times a week for 30 minutes and she really tailored the workouts for me and I never got bored and was constantly challenged. I actually liked working out in her home because not only is it nice but its more comfortable than an intimidating gym. Unfortunately I ended up moving to the east coast but I appreciated Marci even more when I tried to get a new personal trainer here. Marci just has a ton of experience, motivates you without being overbearing, and is really friendly and easy to talk to. She also keeps up to date with nutrition and fitness research and shares that information with you. Amazingly because of her I actually like working out now so thanks Marci.

The results say it all! I have struggled to be consistent with an exercise routine that I enjoyed until I met Marci. I see her 3 times per week for 30 minute sessions. We don’t use fancy equipment or go to the gym. I go to her house, we use weights, balls, bands, etc. It has made a tremendous difference in my fitness level along with my sense of well being. Who would have thought I could do so little and get such a big result!

Marci is the reason I work out. I’m not a gym person and would rather be doing almost anything than working out, so it’s great to feel every minute is optimized with exercises that are tailored each week to a specific goal to assure I get a balanced and targeted workout. My workouts are not overwhelming and dare I say it… fun! Marci has a great low-key manner that is encouraging and I feel she really listens when we discuss how each exercise worked for me; she takes notes to inform our future training sessions! Marci is a fantastic trainer and I can’t believe I actually work out on a regular basis for, wow, I think 4 years now! In a nutshell, I highly recommend Marci!

I’ve been seeing Marci for over a year now; I’ve never stuck with a trainer this long before! She’s super cool, super encouraging, and super challenging. Some trainers can be pretty gung-ho; Marci’s very low key, but you know she cares. She’s very flexible, too; when our standing appointment doesn’t work she always finds another time to fit me in, and when I’m on vacation she coaches me over the phone! Also, she is willing to come to me; since I have a small child and am balancing several jobs that makes my life a whole lot easier, and is part of I’ve been able to stick with the exercise for so long. There’s something about going to a gym that can be really intimidating, but Marci is not intimidating at all. I recommend her to anyone who wants to start exercise but who might be intimidated by the challenge, as well as someone who is already exercising regularly but wants an extra kick-in-the-pants. We’ve done weight training with free weights, as well as stretches, band work and good old crunching. She knows her stuff, and can advise on diet, as well. I love Marci and I’m sure you will too!

I have been going to Marci now for several years… the longest I’ve ever stuck to any one kind of exercise! I actually enjoy working out with her and I really like her philosophy. She is very encouraging and challenges you, but is in no way a drill sargent. She varies the workouts so you don’t get bored. And she even will give you«homework» do to on your own. I would recommend her to anyone!

Marci is a certified personal trainer and weight management coach. She is outstanding. She will assess your current status and establish a personalized plan to meet your fitness goals. She varies her workouts with you so that boredom is never an issue. She is very personable and professional in her approach. I recommend her very highly. She«walks the talk» but is not fanatical about exercise. You’ll like her!
