I would recommend Luis to anyone looking to buy a house. He knows the San Francisco market inside and out and is very knowledgeable about the subtleties of the bidding process. I feel that his advice was always realistic, and that he always respected our choices when we wanted to make an offer on a particular house. He was extremely responsive whenever we had questions, and worked late into the night on several 11^th-​hour offers that we wanted to make. He built effective relationships with the listing agents we were dealing with, and his work with our mortgage broker on our behalf was exceptional. Throughout all the ups and downs of looking for a home in this market, knowing that Luis was our agent gave me confidence that in the end, we would find a really great home – which we did!
