Their jade is FAKE!!! My girlfriend wanted to buy a jade bracelet for her first visit in Chinatown, and stumbled onto this nice little shop. The sales lady did do a good job of selling it to her and even made her believe that she was getting a huge discount. It took about a week for the thing to break! Don’t buy from this shop!!!

I checked out this boutique after reading the one done by Winnie M. about the charm bracelets. I was visiting for a conference and wanted to find some unique and reasonably priced souvenirs for friends and family back home that would not be hard to pack. These bracelets were the best! Kiana, one of the sales people, was wonderful and extremely helpful in walking me through the process of choosing the charms I liked, and then helping me figure out which option of straps I wanted to use. They have so many charms, in different(but still pretty cheap) price ranges, and they are from fun and girly to really elegant pieces. I made several using the standard watch-like straps for my friends, but I also had several custom cut for me using the slightly more expensive clasps. I have typical tiny Asian wrists, and like my bracelets pretty snug, and Kiana spent a lot of time helping me to get it just right, despite being crazy busy that day! I would highly recommend anyone to go and check the bracelets out. I brought a friend in the next day after I gave her one for fun, and we bought 11 more bracelets that day! Thanks Kiana and Linda Boutique!

I think this store is mostly junk but I came in here with my mom as we were killing time waiting for my grandmother to arrive for lunch at Penang Garden. I think the majority of people come by here for one thing and one thing only… their charm bracelets. They have a million charms, mostly $ 1.99/each with letters and cute things galore. Oh, and thats not even the best part… THEYCUTTHEBRACELETSTOSIZE. I have never been able to wear bracelets because I have crazy tiny wrists that are literally just skin stretched over bone and tiny little hands so bracelets will just slip on and off of me. I wasn’t going to buy anything until the super nice sales guy came by and started telling us more about the charms and showing us examples of what we could make: bracelets, phone charms, key chains, etc. You string them on a pleather/vinyl strap that comes in a million colors and textures. I’ll post the photo of my bracelet for reference once I upload it. I made a white bracelet with hello kitty letter charms and you can get the slightly more expensive closure and it looks way more expensive than the other buckle they offer. There were tons of people buying hoards of charms. It was less than $ 20 for the strap and 7 charms. I LOVETHISPLACE.

Linda Boutque is a very beatiful jewelry store with a very good price. You can get jade bracelet $ 10 each and jade earrings $ 10 per pair. When i shopped I saw the same jewelry in other stores $ 25 each. I do recommend people to get jewelry from Linda Boutique with their low price, good quality and good service.

Four stars for the friendly saleswoman in the shop. This is quite a unique gift shop in Chinatown and although the store appears very old and the displays look like they could use a bit more dusting this shop has items that the other typical tourist trap stores don’t normally carry. I was happy to find fabric bags(the saleswoman explained to me they were designed to use as diaper bags) embroidered with beautiful dragon flies in pretty pearl like colors. The yellow price sticker indicated a sale price of $ 13.95 so I bought the cute diaper bag for me use as a purse. When I got home I noticed the receipt, she had charged me the regular price for the bag($ 16). What the?! I looked at the plastic cover on the bag and the regular priced sticker was also on the other side. Well folks, you know that taught me a lesson right? Humpf.
