Lily Remoundos is a horrible landlord! Had to take her to the rent board and then sue her in small claims court for overcharging rent. She tried withholding my security deposit and I sued her for that as well and won. Then she did’t pay for over three months and I was forced to put a lien on her house in addition to dealing with her attorney over collecting costs for filing and enforcing the lawsuit. Her practices as a licensed real estate broker are questionable as well as I believe she violated fair housing laws when my partner moved into her apartment building. She also wished me a «slow and painful death» on the check memo! Stay away!
