I was first referred to Dr. Gray in 2014 by my best friend who had just gotten a breast augmentation and had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Gray and his work. This year I decided I was ready to have my own procedure done. The office staff are always so nice and accommodating with my schedule as I have to travel from Sacramento. Dr. Gray took the time to fully explain all my options to make sure I chose what was best for me. Following surgery, both the head nurse and the anesthesiologist called to check-​in and see how I was doing. I am now 9 weeks post-​surgery and am loving my results. Dr. Gray and his staff are totally worth the drive. I would definitely recommend him to friends and could not be happier with my results!

My experience has always been amazing when visiting Dr. Grey. I went for the first time as a referral from a friend I had my first breast augmentation back in 2008. I never got explained what size I was getting so long story short I wasn’t happy. I went to Dr. Grey back in 2010 and I was blown away by the detail and time he takes to explain to you what to expect. I knew he would be the one to redo my Brest augmentation.
I came back a month ago and I got help by his amazing staff Ashley. Any question I would have she would answer right away over phone and via email. I couldn’t be more thankful if it weren’t for her I wouldn’t of been able to do my Mommy makeover. Now as of Dr. Grey he is just amazing with his work. I couldn’t of asked for a better Doctor. He knows what he’s doing and it feels great to have so much confidence on someone specially going under the knife for 10 hours. I couldn’t be happier

I’ve been seeing Dr Gray since 1999. One thing I know is he cares a lot about money. There have been a few procedures that weren’t as successful as I would
Have liked but I guess it’s all out of my pocket to correct anything. Getting a little tired of it. Dr Gray is good but never gives you any deals.

I am not giving 5 stars because I have yet to visit Dr. Gray but I wanted to post to say that I think the staff here, at least the one that I have dealt with from the front desk is so amazingly professional and such a delight to deal with. I did not catch her name but from my initial conversation I looked forward to my visit to Dr. Gray’s office. I appreciate the call 1 day prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment. I also really appreciate them telling you their cancellation policy.
Maybe I have just dealt with so many unprofessional doctors offices that this one just really blew my mind, but thank you, again. I really look forward to my visit with Dr. Gray, one I can squeeze an appointment in my schedule, and I am certain that I will be in good hands.

My experience was wonderful, I had no complications, everything was clearly explained, post and pre surgery instrucitons delivered, appointments were well planned/​organized. Dr. Gray did an extremely professional job and my recovery took 2 weeks max. My second visit to Dr. Gray took place in November of 2015. This time around the recovery took one week only and I did not feel as much pain as the first time. The result of Dr. Gray’s work is impeccable, the look is natural and perfect, just what I wanted. I love Dr. Gray and his work. He is so meticulous on everything he does! I got my breast done with him 5yrs ago, it was my second breast augmentation going from over the muscle to under the muscle. Every dr I visited in the Bay Area for a consultation has turned me down; they said it was a messy, risky and etc… but dr. Gray made me feel safe, and reassured me it was possible. So I did and my breast look amazing!!! I’m soooooo happy he is the best!!! I also see him for fillers and Botox, he is amazing and totally worth driving from San Jose to see him!!!

Since December I’ve been coming in for a free breast augmentation consultation, and received a really quick appointment. The staff here is really responsive compared to other offices the office was gorgeous. The day of the procedure I met the RN named Cherrisa. Cherrisa was so amazing! She made me feel comfort and the whole prepping part fun. I left the office super happy and complete. I definitely would recommend Dr. Gray, he knows his knowledge and safety for his patients. I can’t wait for my post opp appointment. Trust me you will go home happy from this office :)

I LOVE dr gray he is amazing!! this review is long overdue, I had a breast aug done 11 years ago and had so many people love his work they ended up going to dr gray, some coming from l.a. Where there are famous plastic Surgeons my friends could have gone to but chose dr gray instead. I’ve seen LOTS of boob jobs in my life but dr grays are always by far the best, he is an artist. I read some negative reviews and I honestly think they are fake or maybe one girl was pissed and made her friends leave a bad review, even my friends that went to him rave about how amazing he is and my sister flew in from another state to have a tummy tuck, usually tummy tucks creep me out with the scar and the fake belly button that looks like a navel orange hole but my sisters just looks like a nice flat tummy and her stomach was a wreck from having kids so that really says a lot about his work. I also read something negative about Robert ?!! Robert is awesome I love seeing him he’s just one of those people that brightens your day he’s so sweet and honest. Dr gray is also honest and will not hold back his opinion but he’s very tactful and will tell you if you do not really need something (unlike A LOT of other surgeons) I am so happy and will be seeing dr gray soon for some other improvements :) if you are trying to decide wether to go to dr gray or not I suggest at least making a consultation and most likely you will know without a doubt he’s your guy!

The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. The office is clean and bright. It was the first time I met Dr Gray I found him easy to talk to and he listens to what you your concerns are and doesn’t push you into something you don’t want. I would recommend all my family and friends to him you won’t be disappointed.

Had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Gray. Him and his team were very supportive on helping me decide on my sizing and implant profile. The surgery went smoothly, recovery was easy, and overall my new breasts look fantastic! and I’m writing this review as 8 month post op. Thank you Dr. Gray!

Got my boobs done. Couldn’t be happier. They’re so perfect. I am really picky when it comes to everything. I can’t point out one flaw with this procedure.
Everything about them is so natural and they fit my body perfectly. No one has ever asked if they were fake. They feel real. The shape looks real. I got smooth silicone.
Best money I’ve spent.

Dr Grey is the best plastic Surgion I have ever met! He spend his time for consultation for me for two hours!!! For free! His RN and Front desk people are always helpful 7 days in week!!! I love Dr. Gray and his wonderful staff. If you want a doctor whose work Is nothing but perfection, then you’ve come to the right place. If you’re looking for staff who is responsive in a timely manner, again you’ve come to the right place.
Dr. Gray– Although he is a fast talker and his consultation (through my experiences) is quick, Dr. Gray already knows the look you are trying to achieve without you even saying so!!! However he addresses any concerns and questions that you may have. There have been several times that I was unsure or had doubts about going through my surgery, but Dr. Gray was very reassuring. His practice is safe and meticulous while also having a very satisfying outcome for the client. I love his work and couldn’t be happier :)
Cherisse, RN– Cherisse is such a gem! Her calm manner puts you at ease. She is the most positive Nurse I’ve ever met and helpful in many ways! She even responds to you through her personal cell if you have any questions or concerns (meaning she will work off the clock to ensure your health&well being). I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse to care for me pre&post op.
Ashley, receptionist &patient care coordinator– Ashley is the most hospitable person and makes you feel like you’re at home. She does her job well and will remember everything about you from your problems to the change of your hair color:) she also can relate to you if you are having any problems and make you feel reassured. I think of her as a friend who I’ve always known because she just gives off those positive vibes.
Overall, my experience with Dr. Gray and his staff have been nothing but smooth sailing. I recovered perfectly (as long as you follow dr orders) and I love my results! If I were to ever consider getting another cosmetic procedure done, I would definitely come back. Thank you for all your hard work and patience ! :)

I just did botox with Dr. Gray. Very nervous to do so because of the horror stories you hear.
It was painless and only after a few days I am seeing results.
When I went into work today people asked what I had done. My co worker even said that I was glowing. Yay!
My friend spent $ 10 a unit with her derm and her eye drooped so I would pay the $ 15 and get it done with a pro… a doctor. I’m hooked.

I wish I would have wrote this review sooner. I had my breast implants done about 2.5 years ago now, but was always afraid to post about it online.
First off, if Dr. Gray is your first option, reconsider. It’s been two and a half years, and I have only seen him ONCE after the surgery, and that was to check on the stitches. Here’s why I think I haven’t seen him since… HE USED THE WRONG SIZE ON ME, and I let him know about it.
I was in tears in his office when I realized that he had implanted HP 550, when we had NEVER discusses HP. I distinctively told him that I didn’t want attention and that I didn’t want them to look obviously ‘fake.’ The whole time I was deciding between Mod+ 450 and 500, so I don’t know how I ended up with 550HP. I actually remember him waking me during the procedure and telling me my wall was too big and he needed to go with 550.
When I came to him in tears about it, he just denied, denied, denied and brought me my charts which had HP written ALL over them. I decided to just drop it and not do anything because in the end, it’s just his word against mine.
Please, Please, Please, reconsider using this doctor. He’s over priced for the service you get. Till this day, I HATE my implants. :(
I continued reading posts, and noticed that others had a similar experience as myself. If this is a case of negligence, and there is room for a class action lawsuit, please contact me and I’ll be happy to give more details about my experience.

I received a message from Dr. Gray’s office and this is an updated review.
Those of us who work in Dr. Gray’s office, including Dr. Gray strive to make all our patients happy because this makes life worthwhile. We are never happy when someone is not satisfied with their experience.
–I wrote my review 7 months ago and just getting a response now. I contacted them, twice, within a week after this response and I received ZERO response back.
That is why we welcome our patients to make an appointment with Dr. Gray and discuss in person any concerns they may have. It is unfortunate that this review was written after so many years because it is best to address concerns you have about surgery as soon as possible and Dr. Gray is always available.
–I did contact the office in 2009, one year after my surgery. The reason why I didn’t contact you right away in 2008, is because it was actually a very traumatic experience for me. And the recovery was terrible, I had an awful allergic reaction and ended up with a rash like poison ivy for a week. And as embarrassing as it is to reveal so much about my surgery, I would like to save other people from making the same mistake.
However, we have never had anyone named Michael working in the office and the conversation described does not sound like language that would be used by Dr. Gray. We have also tried to locate the name on this review to see if we could contact the patient and resolve any issues, however no such patient exists in our records. However, if you do have any concerns please feel free to call the office and we will be happy to help.
–Yes you are correct, I did make a mistake with the name Michael. I just looked at my emails from 2009 and it was Robert who I spoke to. He said for my last consultation I picked 450’s again. Which is not true and that is why I chose not to fight it because even though I got similar generic responses, «please free to call and such IF you want to.» There was no empathy. No, «we want to fix this and make you happy.» I did not believe that the office of Dr. Gray would actually help me based on the responses I received and I was right because you are all talk and no action.
I am not sure what language you are referring to? I had mentioned to Dr. Gray «Wow, you are always so busy.» And he said he didn’t have a P.A. which is a physician’s assistant. I had never heard of a «PA» before because I was not in the health industry. And the reason why I made that comment is because they consistently ran over an hour late for every appointment. They are about the «turn & burn» NOT about service.
I don’t particularly want to publicize my experience but I feel it is necessary so other people don’t go through the same thing. And it appears from other reviews, this has happened before, with the patient receiving a bigger size than what she asked for. It may be that you all work in this industry everyday so it is numbing for you but for us, it’s very important and when you get something you didn’t ask for, it really is upsetting because it is not the body image you want to have.
I strongly suggest anyone considering going to Dr. Gray to think about why there are so many bad reviews about the same problem?

MESSED UP MY BODY… dealing with depression after surgery .
i had a breast aug almost one year ago, and im still dealing with the pain in the left boob. when i expressed that there was something wrong, he dropped me and has not talked to me to help me find out whats going on. now im working with kaiser to find out what this horrible «doctor» has done to my body. if you want to be happy DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN. Robert is as fake as he is. hanging up on me, when i was crying about the pain in my boob. this has been a nightmare for a year now. i wish i could warn everyone out there about what im dealing with. this «Dr.» has messed up my body and now will not fix it or even see me. what kind of doctor does this? a horrible one. a greedy one. im telling you. RUN!!! find your self a good doctor with 100% good reviews. this guy is the one who messed up my body and left me in the dust to find out whats going on. all i wanted was a boob job and now im depressed and going in and out of hospitals trying to find out what this fool did to my body.

Although its been a few years I will never forget the awful experience I had in this office. I had been referred by a friend and was told to show up on time to my appointment or I would be charged. I waited 2.5 hours after taking off work early and driving from the East Bay. Once in the exam room the doctor would come in say something and hand me and implant and walk out. This went on throughout the whole consult. My boyfriend was with me and he too was unimpressed. The doctor than ran through his deal sounding like a robot that was not interested in what he was saying what so ever. After my appointment I recieved NO follow up calls or Thank You notes etc. One of my friends got a thank you card after her consult… so do you pick and choose who you write a thank you card to? Totally professional…
I was then told it is $ 1000 non refundable deposit to secure a surgery date (uhhh really??). I know 4 girls who got their boobs done by this doctor and they all look like they literally shoved basketballs in their chests. One of my friends even told me she did not want to be made to look like a «porn star» and that is exactly what she ended up like. I found a much more personable doctor closer whos work was AMAZING. I am glad that I did not give this doctor a second thought. Someone who is taking yout life in their hands should be a little more personable and make you feel like they actuallly care and listen to what you want… Stay away!!!
