No idea how these guys have a decent rating. Clearly it’s all fluff. I called with a serious PI case. Was told by Henry that someone would respond back to me ASAP. No one called.
Follow up 1– called back. Again Henry took my statement. Told me they were interested in taking the case and wanted to schedule a meeting, but couldn’t pin point a time.
Follow up 2– called again. Asked to schedule the meeting. Office manager couldn’t be bothered, but said «someone will call you back soon.»
Follow up 3– called AGAIN. Finally was apologized too several times and then told they were too busy to take the case. Also I might add, while speaking to Henry, he was distracted with another conversation and was laughing at a joke (I would assume). He clearly didn’t realize that I heard his giggles. Definitely NOT the type of attitude you want from anyone in the legal profession.
Bottom line: If you have a serious PI case that needs attention, don’t waste your time or energy on disorganized people. Better to move on and find a more reputable practice.

A past attorney I’ve dealt with was notoriously difficult to get in touch with or took days to reply. But Darius always kept me abreast of our case and negotiated a best resolution while always replying to my calls. Note I was smart enough to understand that law issues move SLOW and never called more than once a week and tried to wait at least 10 days between calls but when I did call his reply was quick. I always felt confidence with trusting his decisions as being in my best interest and never felt anything like ringing up a bill was going on which was a concern of mine. Good timely communication and competent professionalism on his part and some reasonable patience on my part lead to my satisfaction with the end result.
