Andrea is fantastic! She is professional, honest, straightforward, sensitive and discrete. I found working with Andrea to be one of the most rewarding recruiting experiences that I’ve encountered.
Over four years ago I worked with Andrea. At that time, I was considering sticking with my corporate/M&A practice in a different firm vs. transitioning into a real estate practice. While my transition may not seem prescient given what’s currently going on in the commercial real estate market, I’m still employed at the firm that Andrea placed me with over four years ago (and actually highly enjoy the firm) — and, I even relocated to Chicago with the same firm!
What I liked most about working with Andrea is her knowledge of the legal industry, knowledge of players, firms, corporations, etc., as well as her ability to learn about new and exciting opportunities that she is happy to present to you and discuss with you. Rather than send job openings to you that don’t really fit with what you’re looking for, Andrea will work to find things that make sense and then will engage in a dialogue with you to discuss strengths/​weaknesses, etc.
