La Rocca A Sea Food

I had never heard of this company before. One day last week, while driving my daughter to school, I was at a stand still at a stop light. I was waiting for the light to turn green, and happened to be blocking the entrance to 7−11…Now, there is no keep clear signs, and if opposite side of the street traffic needs to turn in there, they must wait until oncoming traffic passes. Well, there I was stuck at the light, when one of this business vans starts honking, flipping me off and yelling at me to back up. I had no space, there was a car right behind me and besides, it’s illegal to back up in the middle of the street. Anyways, as soon as the light turned green and it was my turn to go, this very rude driver employed by this company, drives in front of my vehichle, blocking my way and STOPS HIS ENGINE. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. BLOCKING BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC. HE THEN PROCESS TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND WALKS OVER TO MY WINDOW. MEANWHILE CARS ARE HONKING IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. He then starts yelling at me and cussing RIGHT INTO MY WINDOW. My 7 year old daughter is in the back seat, scared and crying. He then proceed to tell me to «call the cops cause he don’t give a fuck» followed by some ramblings in what sounded like Arabic.
He then got back into his van, and drove into 7 – 11 honking loudly.
I stopped at the nearest parking spot and contacted the company. I was connected to the owner. There was very little regard given to my complaint. I insisted on a follow up, and have yet to hear back.
I know many restaurant owners and managers in the local areas, and will keep sure to comment on the type of employees this company hires and the lack of regard for people.
If you are thinking of using this company, please think again and be careful. I would have SWORN the driver was on drugs, and the owners have not bothered to show concern.
