La Piazza Galleria

I stopped by this shop and saw some really cool pieces.
I was worried about the shipping to the east coast but the salesperson assured me that I would recieve it within 2 weeks. And so it was ;)))
Everything got here safe and sound. Really nice people. Definitely going to stop by again.

This afternoon we were walking in Chinatown and my 13-​year-​old daughter was admiring a cheap ($ 9.99) enamel jewelbox on a sidewalk display at La Piazza Galleria. We walked and had lunch and passed again on our way home, and she stopped to admire it again, and as we began to walk away, a salesman came out and told her if she came back later, it would only be $ 8. So we walked a few shops down, and then I decided to give her the money to buy it. She went back alone to buy it and he told her she couldn’t have it for $ 8 unless she came back in two hours. Not knowing what to do, she paid full price and when she came out and told me the story, I went in and told him that I didn’t think that what he had done to a kid was nice. The $ 2 price difference didn’t matter to me, but I didn’t like to see my daughter tricked. He went crazy and started yelling at me, called me stupid several times, and told me he didn’t pay rent to have children stop by twice in an afternoon and use his displays as a playground. He followed me out onto the street and kept yelling. It was very, very strange (and also sent all his other customers into flight). If this shopkeeper will go through all this to cheat a kid out of $ 2, then this is not a place you should shop.
