Staff have zero time management skills such that they cannot at all keep pre-​booked appointments. Neither do they have the courtesy to inform waiting customer about such delays, and in fact will even ignore to answer question of expected ETA.

This place is amazing! Its always good to make an appt so you don’t have to wait. Hanna is my girl, she always does my toes and she knows just what these feet need. Oooh and those leg massages are bomb!

So friendly and reasonably priced. They offer snacks, a drink, and explain the wait time and where everything is located for you. The pedicure I got was so thorough and they really did a beautiful job. I’ll be back soon.

After my last nail place decided to give me an inexperienced person to do my mani/​pedi, after years of being a loyal customer, and she did a half ass job and cut me, it was time to find a new place and La Fleur is it! The ladies there are very nice, give snacks and drinks and just allow you to relax while they spoil you. I called to make sure they could fit me in and no problem and no waiting. They did such a great job, parking is easy to find and it’s cheaper than the SOMA place that I went to before!

We both had main/pedi’s and my girlfriend’s massage for her injured back was extremely effective. Service was attentive and friendly. They even called the next day to check on my girlfriend’s sore back. Now that’s customer service!

I love this place. Everyone that works here are really nice and are at great catering to your needs. They ask if you want any water or tea. They give you awesome snacks. They take in walk ins that come close to closing hours. The guy who I think is the manager/​owner is really helpful with the other staff. He helps clean up the hair and get the chairs ready with warm water and stuff. Everyone that leaves, leave happy. Im glad I found this spot.

The team was so welcoming and attentive and gave us sweets and tea while we waited. I loved the hot lotion massage and they are really careful and creative about their work. I asked for a pineapple design and i love it! Already got compliments and people asking me where I got my nails done, I told them La Fleur in Potrero Hill, it is the best!

Love love this place! I recently started wearing acrylic nails… I’ve been here a couple times for a pedi (did a great job also!), but never for fake nails. Miss Nancy knocked it out the park!!! She was so fast and knew exactly what I wanted. I have my mom in law and sisters coming here now! Such a cute place! Thank you Nancy I love my nails!

This was great find! I called at 5:30 on a Tuesday and got in by 5:45 for a mani/​pedi, with shellac nails. It took me awhile to decide on a color, but I finally decided on a French manicure with bronze tips, though I was a bit nervous about the color. The pedicure was wonderful and when the lady started on my nails she made sure to ask a few times to make sure I liked the color. I did! She even told me more than a few times that if I later decided I didn’t like it, I could come back and she would change it.
Manicure was great too (my nails were all broken and peeling and they did a great job of fixing them up).
I will be back, and recommend you do the same.

I found this place kind of serendipitously because of a deal on nudgit, in desperate need for a haircut. I’m typically a snooty hair salon kind of gal, but this is how you find your new go-​to. They fit me in to the schedule no problem. Got my wax on, too. Easy on, easy off. Will be back!

I’m sold at making La Fleur my new nail salon! They’re attentive to details (most important), gentle and super friendly. $ 25 for a pedicure, $ 30 mani & pedi. When they get busy, they don’t rush the work as I have often experienced elsewhere. Instead, they politely suggests walk-​in customers to come back later. Despite having many stations, I’ve only seen them with 3 attendants at a time. So, best to call to reserve your spot.
This is a neighborhood joint catering to the stroller pushers and doggy walkers (read: reliable but not edgy). It’s is a waxing spa and a hair salon as well, but I’ve not tried those services). They have a lot of polish colors mainly in the «safe» spectrum. Unfortunately they use whirlpool soakers instead of pipeless bowls, but because the place appears clean and organized I trust they are thorough with sanitizing their tools.

It’s easy to feel «like a regular» here. And after you come once, you’ll want to become a regular!
