They had a hot dogs and burekas tent at this year’s «Israel in the Gardens» Jewish community celebration
. I know it’s common for caterers to bundle food (e.g., hot dog + chips + drink + cookie), but that’s the reason I didn’t get anything in this case. I wanted to try the burekas, but I didn’t want chips or the other stuff. I suppose I could’ve gotten them anyway then given what I didn’t want to a hungry looking person. But I otherwise would’ve ended up throwing them away, which would’ve been wasteful and not in the spirit of SF Jewish community.
