KAWAII!!!
Thank god for this super cutesy kiosk otherwise I’d have to buy my squishies online or dig through vendors at conventions! Kawaii x Candy supplies the latest squishies and do it yourself food making kits from Japan. Squishies are like stress balls, you can squish them, but instead of them looking like a basic ball they can be in licensed characters (hello kitty, Disney, doraemon, etc) or shaped as food (mainly baked goods). I know it sounds strange but with how cute they are it’s easy to see how people would want to collect them. For all you squishy pros a few of the brands she carries are: Breadou, Sam the Patisserie, BAF, Kapibarasan, and im sure there’s more im missing :].
The food making kits (poppin cookins, kracie kits) mimic real food products like donuts, sushi, hamburgers but really just taste like candy. Think of easy bake oven but do it yourself candy. These are fun to make and super cute.
The prices of these squishies can be expensive, ranging anywhere from $ 2 to $ 10. Realistically, for the latest ones these prices are fair. Since there aren’t many squishy stores in the area you either settle for this or search and search online and pay the shipping. The shop owner is very sweet and posts her new arrivals on her IG account which is helpful in case you want to check out what she has before making the long drive over (just in case you’re not from the city). They have a real store nearby that I haven’t been to but I imagine there is probably more of a selection there (although the kiosk is realllllly full).
I’m such a kid at heart, my mom told me I’d grow out of collecting things like this and I haven’t! LOL. Whatever makes you happy right? If you’re into kawaii stuff you definitely need to come by at least once and get your fix.

The prices are very good (Poppin Cookin) they vary from $ 3.99-$ 6.99. The owner of the store is very welcoming and she keeps you updated on her Instagram so If there’s ever a question she’s willing to take her own time to answer on social media. There’re special days when you can get a 10% discount if you follow her.

And they have the Kracie boxes, which are Japanese DIY candy sets! They’re super cute and you can find people on YouTube creating them!
I can’t wait to try these out! Especially the sushi one and meiji mushroom one!
