Cute girl clothes, but really lackluster customer service. My niece and I left without getting her anything. And we had a few hundred to spend that day.

We were done shopping, the kids were getting bottled waters and I was sitting around waiting for them in front of this store. I noticed a nice purse in the window. I had just purchase a Zadig & Voltaire tote at Bloomingdales a few minutes before but decided to investigate. Love the designs of the clothes and purses. I wanted a leather tote but they only had the display, which had some sticky stuff on it. I did not want that one and the manager was nice enough to locate one at the Seattle store. She arranged to have it shipped to me. Although there was a little glitch and the item was not shipped for another week, I did receive it and I love it. The leather is buttery soft and the hardware are classic. Thank you.
