As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of information about the process. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the field and was very patient with me. He helped me understand the various aspects of home buying and the options available to me. I actually came to Kevin when the slowness of another agent at a different company costed me a place I put a bit on initially. Kevin was able to put together a great bid quickly. It was kind of a complicated case so Kevin had to get additional materials from different places. In the end, with his experience in the market, he negotiated a great deal for me with the seller. He was super approachable and helpful, despite knowing we were not able to buy the house in which he was hosting the open house.
