BAD, BAD, BAD service! Very unprofessional. I don’t care if he charge less or good and he wants Cash only so he don’t have to pay tax! I rather pay higher price with professional service than give business to him. I went to see him for a new business sign and told him my grand opening date and he said no problem. He said he will email me samples of the sign tonight so I waited but for a week and still have not receive his email so I call him and asked if he had done it yet. He said he will sent it to me tonight, so I waited and waited for another week and still had no email so I called him again. He said that he has no time cuzz he is too busy and told me that I should have give money deposit for him first to buy material and then do the sample designs for me, But he didn’t tell me that at the beginning! And then he said that because he needs to do sample design and need to order materials that it will take a longer time and said that I can’t blame him if I have no business sign for my grand opening day. He makes it sound like it is all my fault that he is too busy and told me not to rush him! I didn’t even rush him! If he could not or too busy to take my business then he should tell me right at the beginning that he has no time! He wasted my 2 weeks waiting for him when I could have find another person to do it.

Kevin and worker are professional. Professional, reasonable price, more than punctual. They installed my resturant’s awning. They suggested what kind of matériel, color, exact specifications is go for me. They are so polite to people. If you happening to be looking for signage or awnings for any job — International awning should be top of your list when looking for a vendor. They will give you professional suggestion and fix your problem.
