When working with a Realtor™, you expect to be treated with dignity and respect. John Lee exemplifies both of these on the surface. Unfortunately, what he doesn’t exemplify is the desire to actually work for his commission.
I am not going to go into the intricate details on my specific client relationship with Mr. Lee, but it was because of his failure to read one of the documents provided to him by the seller, that I was blatantly mislead into purchasing a property that had a very serious defect he was required by law to tell me about.
I’m sure that Mr. Lee will crack a smile and tell you how good you look when he shows you a property, but don’t expect him to put his «expertise» and «experience» to good use.

I can not say enough great things about John Lee. We had a tough situation of selling our home and then looking for a new home while doing a rent back. John was the perfect agent and exceeded all my expectations. We succeeded in all of our goals in this super tough market, but John made it easy.
He is very very knowledgeable, he provides great advice, is confident, and appears to be quite well known in the community. All of which helped our situation.
More than anything — he is very responsive and took his time with us.
